Worst service ever.
This was one of the worst experiences I have ever encountered. It took 4 hours, 5 disconnects and still could not get enrolled. Could not understand one person we encountered. Constant asked to repeat information only to get nowhere. Canceled new account.

    Didn't work
Nightmare of an experience. Compatibility checker indicated my Galaxy A50 was compatible. I even confirmed with a tech prior to purchase. However, sim card ended up not being able to find the network. After about 24 hours of excruciating trouble shooting with about 20 different reps (in which english is a second language), including a factory reset of phone, I gave up. I was accommodated with a full refund without any hassle and my number was transferred back to Verizon. Very disappointed as it would have been nice to save so much on an unlimited plan.

    Stay far away!!!
Even best buy couldn't get the phones to switch over. I was charged for 2 plans and I tried to get online chat customer service to help me get a refund and the person was super rude and refused to help

    Worst service ever!!
Complete garbage. After purchasing and getting new SIM cards. Could not activate. Called everyday and every time they transfer your call to port number dept they call dropped. After two weeks of calling daily I gave up. And could not get a refund for same reason. Every time I got transferred to refund dept, call dropped. Horrible service

    Good Service, Great Price
Good service, great price. The same network I had before but at a third of the price with six times the data. A little tricky getting the numbers transferred over but not bad, and everything is working great.

    What a nightmare!
I order a two line plan for my phone and my wife's. They sent my one SIM. Logically if one orders two lines, one should receive two SIMs. It took several phone calls to determine their customer support people can't send me another SIM and they can't just sell me a SIM. It took several more calls to get a refund. I staying with Verizon even if it costs more. The irritation is just not worth it.

Great service, great new iPhones, great price!
Bought 2 new iPhone SE for myself and husband for $149 each. We are current customers but in order to get the phones at this price we had to purchase a plan with each. We got the $60 unlimited shared plan on each phone. We called and ended up speaking to a manager when we had them turn on and transferred to our existing account - the regular customer service rep we initially spoke with didn't have a clue about adding onto existing account. The manager helped us to transfer everything over, set them both up on our existing account and then added the two new 30 day plans onto our existing plan as reserve so we didn't lose the 10 days we had remaining on our current plan. Everything went extremely well and was quite easy - once we got hold of a manager. We have had no problems at all and just finished up our 10 days on the existing plan and are now into our first reserve plan - no problems at all and the service is wonderful. I recommend getting auto refill - it works great and we never have to remember to refill- we just get a notification a couple of days before and another the day it happens. Total wireless uses Verizon towers and we were previous Verizon customers - we can tell no difference between the two - except for the cost! We have unlimited everything - with the first 30 gigs of fast data , then slowing down after the 30. With Wi-Fi we never get close to 30. And you can now get a free hotspot too. We are extremely happy with our service - 2 lines with shared data for $60 a month - 62.00 ALL IN on auto refill - and love our new phones. We have been Total wireless customers since 2018 and never had a problem.

    Good service so far
So far so good with no problems having cropped up yet. However, we are very disappointed that a service end date IS NOT DISPLAYED ON THE SCREEN? No icon on the phone to add service time with purchased cards either??? Total Wireless needs to correct this so you don't have to go to their website just to add service days or to see where your current time ends.
