Works very well, and has good service as of now... Thanks alot for allowing me to pay before it comes was very convenient for my circumstances.... Love the services for now, let's hope it continues... Also my first time using this phone company. So hope it continues to go well...

CDMA phones only
After verifying my phone would work on this network as a backup if I didn't like the new one I purchased, I got the phone and plan. Decided to return the phone but could not use my old phone on this network even after verifying it should work online. Decided to go with a different carrier.

    Direct to phone did not work
    It did not work. Said order complete but phone isn’t working and I’m getting the run around from everyone. Can’t get help because it’s a phone card.

    My high speed data disappears
    This plan was great for the first year but lately it’s just continued downhill. I get 11 GB high speed and I never ran out before refill date until the last 2 months. And if anything I’ve used my data less(I doordash and I haven’t much lately). Somehow I’m using all 11GB of high speed in 2 weeks and my service is extremely slow. Not to mention their service is already lacking and I lose connection often. I chose this plan for the price but I’m thinking of switching.

    Great for what you pay for
    Great service but having trouble sending pictures to android phones. Turned off iMessage and no different. But otherwise phone, text and data is great!

    Worst experience ever
    Transferred to them phone never worked the sims card would never fully connect fought with them for 5 days for them to tell me they don’t know what’s wrong and they wouldn’t even give me MY NUMBER back that was mine when I transferred to them with like really. Never have I ever hated a company so bad in my life until now.

    Not much data
    If you put it on autopay, with tax it comes to around $38, and without autopay, it's more, so saying it's a $35 plan is a bit misleading. Good to know if you're pinching pennies. You don't get much data on this plan, so it's best for use for phone calls with a little emergency data. I have another phone with plenty of data on a $50 plan ($56 or $53 on autopay) and use this other phone and plan as an emergency backup.

    Yeah, great prices on products!
    I'm satisfied with my purchase 100%, getting it to me was a bit slow. I'm happy with my service but a bit unhappy with my local contact store that ripped me off. Thanks to Total for getting me hooked up!! I'll be looking for my $80. Bucks I got ripped off. But that's a different story. Love my service!!! Bottom line!

    Best plan yet!
    Much better plan option than the 5GB plan for the price. This line is for my daughter, and I use a parental app on her phone. I no longer have to worry about her running out of data when she's away from home causing her location services not to work. I now have greater peace of mind.
