worthless
this item it worthless. I ordered it in store and constantly got the run around when trying to activate it. I was horrified! I went to Verizon and did a post paid plan instead. I would rather bring my own phone to them.

    Straight Talk Would Not Activate My Phone
    Purchased this SIM Kit for my back-up phone, was assured it would work with a Unihertz Jelly Pro. After inserting the SIM Card, the phone was functional, 5 Bars of 4G and LTE, was able to speak to a Customer Rep that was in some unknown foreign country and spoke very poor English. The rep told me my phone was incompatible and would'nt work, even though we had a conversation for over an hour on that same phone. She refused to activate it. I've used Straight Talk for many years for my main phone. Their rates are great although their Customer Service is awful. Now considering changing service providers. The phone worked great with the SIM Card but I guess Unihertz didn't kick back enough of a bribe to Steaight Talk! VERY dissatisfied!

    Excellent and affordable cell service
    I have liked straight talk for a long time. I have used them off and on for a long time. My mom now uses them too. They make using them easy and they dont lock your phone to their service like some other prepaid companies will do without telling you. The service is excellent and everything is pretty straightforward.

    Not 5g as shown Ordered the 4g 5g sims kit. Got a plain 4g kit. On top of that it was already opened and ripped in one spot. So much for it not being a returnable item. Waste of time.

    Walmart Family Phone Plan is horrible
    Didn't work. I was unable to use Verizon card in place of of using the Wal-Mart family plan (crappy teen-mobile) SIM card. Walmart operator told me to buy the card to switch only to find out from straight talk that I can't just use a new Sim card.

    Super easy to call Straight Talk and use their self service menu to load our phones. 45 each phone when using this card, plus it includes 10 GB Hotspot. Perfect for our toddlers on the go during distant adventures. The card has 2 codes. You call for each phone to load it. You have a choice to add it immediately or wait until the service end date happens. Once the code is entered you chose what option you like. It doesn't matter if the phones have different end dates. Super convenient and easy!
