worthless
this item it worthless. I ordered it in store and constantly got the run around when trying to activate it. I was horrified! I went to Verizon and did a post paid plan instead. I would rather bring my own phone to them.

3.00 out of 5 stars reviewVerified Purchaser08/08/2022Straight Talk Would Not Activate My PhonePurchased this SIM Kit for my back-up phone, was assured it would work with a Unihertz Jelly Pro. After inserting the SIM Card, the phone was functional, 5 Bars of 4G and LTE, was able to speak to a Customer Rep that was in some unknown foreign country and spoke very poor English. The rep told me my phone was incompatible and would'nt work, even though we had a conversation for over an hour on that same phone. She refused to activate it. I've used Straight Talk for many years for my main phone. Their rates are great although their Customer Service is awful. Now considering changing service providers. The phone worked great with the SIM Card but I guess Unihertz didn't kick back enough of a bribe to Steaight Talk! VERY dissatisfied!THETEXASFLASH

5.00 out of 5 stars reviewVerified Purchaser06/17/2022Excellent and affordable cell serviceI have liked straight talk for a long time. I have used them off and on for a long time. My mom now uses them too. They make using them easy and they dont lock your phone to their service like some other prepaid companies will do without telling you. The service is excellent and everything is pretty straightforward.Renee

1.00 out of 5 stars reviewVerified Purchaser12/16/2021Not 5g as shownOrdered the 4g 5g sims kit. Got a plain 4g kit. On top of that it was already opened and ripped in one spot. So much for it not being a returnable item. Waste of time.Rachel

1.00 out of 5 stars reviewVerified Purchaser09/03/2021Walmart Family Phone Plan is horribleDidn't work. I was unable to use Verizon card in place of of using the Wal-Mart family plan (crappy teen-mobile) SIM card. Walmart operator told me to buy the card to switch only to find out from straight talk that I can't just use a new Sim card.Unknown

1.00 out of 5 stars reviewVerified Purchaser09/23/2020It is only a SIM card kit, nothing much to review. What is there to review, this is a simple $1.00 SIM card kit. My rating is based on the fact that Walmart infinite wisdom chose to not carry this in their stores, like they used to, or allow for free ship to store, thereby requiring a $6.00 shipping charge for a $1.00 item.Chuckster

1.00 out of 5 stars reviewVerified Purchaser09/02/2020FED EX delivery has issuesI started to have SIM issues so I decided to buy another, there were none to buy at the store so the only way was to wait for FED-EX to deliver when ordered online. way over a week later my package went missing when out on the truck for delivery. I called Walmart and she wasn't very sympathetic but did order another sim kit, which again took over a week to arrive, I activated it without problems . then out of the blue a couple of days later a big box arrived from fed ex , the label said it had been repackaged due to quality and inside if you look at the pictures is exactly what I found. yes the thing had been torn in half by the looks of the receipt and screwed up . the tear off strip holding the sims was gone too which surprised me which meant it definitely had been messed with but nothing missing as far as could tell. poor show Walmart for not having them on the shelf, very poor show fed-ex I hope you fired the driver.Unknown

1.00 out of 5 stars reviewVerified Purchaser08/07/2020Disabled people will most likey need help in buyinIm 23 and I didnt understand what I needed to make my iPhone SE 2020 make calls. Im disabled so I have a hard time understanding how some things works. This is my first cell phone. I still cant call or text hotlines. Its sad I cant do what I thought it was gonna do. I contacted StrightTalk but they didnt fix it and I cannot remember what was said because Im disabled and some things are harder for me than other things. My short term memory isnt all that great. People with brain-related disabilities Might have the same problems as me.Kristina

4.00 out of 5 stars reviewVerified Purchaser04/19/2020Bring your own phone and get a sim cardThe directions were not very clear. There was no place that said that one needed to call to speak to a representative (after going through numerous selections and repeating oneself several times before actually reaching a live person) in order to register the sim card. Once that was taken care of, the sim card and phone worked well. Please give better directions!!!JLCD
