you must have change the formula in the new box for 391 because Ive been using it for years with no problem.Now all of the sudden the new box with the picture of a different lady has cause hair loss and severe irritation to my scalp.

    Feeling ripped off!
    I purchased this hair dye for the first time from this company. I started applying it and immediately knew something was wrong, it was very watery upon application. I kept shaking it hoping that it would thicken, but it never did. So I tried to leave it in the required time of 25 minutes, but had to rinse it out because it started to run down my face after 10 minutes!. I contacted Walmart but since it was a third party seller, I was told that I needed to contact them directly. I did and received no response, no refund. I contacted Walmart informing them of the situation, and received no answer from them either. It cost $8.00, and I feel that Walmart should back it's customers up when the vendor chooses not to even respond to you, especially when they stole my money and issued no refund!.

    Product from beauty supply store, not Walmart
    This description stated 3 pack. There was only one. It appears this was shipped from a beauty supply store and is very old. The picture on the box is very old and paper for instruction is faded. Will discard.

    great coverage and color
    I have been using #393 Auburn for years and very happy with my results. I recommend this product to a lot of people. In fact I receive compliments on my hair all the time and ALWAYS take the time to provide info on my best hair color for I don't even remember how long. People can't believe that it's not a permanent hair color. I've been doing my own hair for a long time now and even I am still amazed by my results, specially just permed/touched up. I have very long hair so I am grateful that that it's not expensive because I would spend a fortune (I don't have) Please don't change the formula This is my very first review.
