Perfect
Shipped fast. Though it did not have the original box, it was packaged in the same type of iPhone box with a sim removal tool and a brand new charger. the phone was in a plastic sleeve and had a screen protector installed. the phone was clean and in perfect condition. i would highly recommend this company.

Awful waste of money, don't bother
Absolutely awful! Don't order this, it's a total waste of money! My phone came stuffed in an android box it didn't even fit in it had scratches all over at the back of it was cracked, I can honestly go on and on but you get the picture I returned it immediately. I've bought so many refurbished iPhones and this is the first time I've ever gotten anything that that was just terrible quality.

    Worst refurbished experience ever
    The phone screen was terrible it had more scratch marks than visible screen. I wasn't expecting a brand new phone but I was expecting better quality. The only thing they offered was a measly 20 refund.. absolutely ridiculous I've purchased refurbished phones online before this is the worst that I've received.. will never ever ever buy from synergy again

    Poor Service and a stolen phone
    This company sold me a stolen phone when I took the phone to have it activated and I was advised that it was blacklisted and that I could not get the service. I have reached out to the company several times to remedy the situation and have not gotten any response. I will advise Walmart that this company who is a third party company represents there site as well. I wanted to get my niece a phone because she broke her old phone and now she has to wait until I can find another phone. Walmart can someone contact me about this company.

    Get what you pay for!
    Great price! Keep getting messages saying the screen is not an Apple part. Had problem connecting it to my iMac kept getting a message saying cannot verify phone activation. There are scuffs and scrapes along the perimeter of the phone.

    Phone was really worn out.
    Bought a used but refurbished iphone and had to return. I do not really know what that means. In this case I believe the word refurbished should be removed from the announcement. The screen was damage and scratched. Seller put a screen cover to fool me.

    Very disappointed and want this fixed
    I thought my phone was fine up until today. I received my phone on July 15th and today on July 19th my screen stopped working out of nowhere. That's lasted for about 5-10 minutes and then went back to normal. After about another 5-10 minutes it was messed up again.
