wife loves it, wallet loves it, best yet the name
title says it all wife loves it, my wallet loves it, and i can NOT stop laughing about the name. "REN" roughly translates to people "PHO" is a vietnamese soup. so while you or partner, friend, relative are having a nice soak look down at the name and remember it says "people - soup" LMAO

    Considering returning this item
    I am disappointed with the rollers because it seems like it can't handle the weight of my legs and feet. It squeaks when I relax my feet. Its a little bigger than expected and it would be nice if the backside wasn't so high so that I could relax in my chair instead of sitting so upright

    I Ramble but inform I think LOL
    My first foot massager so I have nothing to compare it with. This is for Renpho model JD-618. It does keep water warm I actually had to turn temperature down. I started with warm water from the faucet. It bubbles but not sure exactly what the benefit of that and the red lights give/do. The rollers have 3 settings and seem to be a little aggressive for my tender feet but I'll keep using it to see how it goes. The massage says it shuts off after 15 minutes I turned off after 10 my feet are pretty tender others might enjoy it. The website photo says you can add salts but not sure how to open/use the knob in the center, the book doesn't say I don't want to break it so will see what I figure out. Cord is rather short needs to be a little longer. Had issue putting wheels in they just push in but one was really hard to get all the way in place and really doesn't say how far to push them in. They should just install them at the factory. You can't lean back to far or puts pressure on calf's and is not comfortable made more for sitting in a normal chair not on couch lol. I wish it had a remote and pumas stone but all in all seems to work well for me.

    Its Really Easy to use
    This spa heated up quickly and has lots of bubbles and great massage. It is well made and easy to use. I never have time to get a professional pedicure and am on my feet all day. My aching feet love the rollers. I was worried about moving it around when it had water in it but the handle is sturdy enough I haven’t had any problems. The drain tube makes it easy to empty and clean.

    Soothing Unit
    I purchased the Renpho Foot Bath Massager because my feet are usually dry and ache sometimes because of tight shoes. The Messager offered offered good stimulation of my soles especially and massaged the feet quite well. My first issue, however, was finding a plug to use while sitting in my favorite chair ( see attached). I wished the cord was a foot longer (no pun intended). The unit is lightweight and held up well, even though I wondered at first if it felt too fragile. The default temperature is 107 degrees, but after 20 minutes continuous use the unit only made it to 97 degrees. I longed for faster heating or instructions to fill with hot water. No instructions were given on whether we could insert epson salt or oils into the unit, so I was leery to use either. The Spa and Massage controls are clear and easy to use though the variable choices didn’t seem to allow me much flexibility. Overall, the effect was soothing. And my feet seemed to enjoy this treatment.

    Takes Some Getting Used To
    I've only used this a couple of times. It took some getting used to. The first time I found that I was seated in a chair that was way too low for the height of the spa. I did try all the features and they all functioned well. Since I was not really comfortable I didn't use the spa for a long period of time. I decided that it would be better for me to remove the casters to lower the spa. This worked a little better, but made cleaning and emptying harders. Even with rollers, it was not easy to empty and clean the spa. I had to lift it into the bathtub in order to use the drain hose. I read the booklet and never did see any directions on how to fill the medicine box. Not sure what's permitted to be placed here.

    Any room is a mini spa!
    The RENPHO foot spa massager has made our tv room into a mini spa! Only Cons: I wish the plug was a bit longer. But an extension cord fixes the issue. If you start with cold water it takes a bit to heat up. But starting with hot water solves that problem! All the pros! 1. The massager works great! The rolling pins are just the right width and length apart to be able to get all the parts of your feet and move around to adjust as wanted. I'm usually super ticklish and dislike anything touching my feet but these felt great! 2. Easy to use. Very intuitive, simple dashboard to accomplish what you want. The bubble spa feature is lovely to add that relaxing white noise as well. 3. Easy to empty. I was worried that once filled with water it would be difficult to move to another room or empty, but it's just the right size and weight to make it easy to get to a sink to pour out and use the draining pipe. This means any room can be turned into a lovely mini spa! 4. My husband actually like it as well! This product made both of us so happy and relaxed. We feel like the end result is pampered feet. Highly recommend this product.
