Not worth the buy
Easy install, looks decent. It's electric so don't expect a realistic flame. But that it, the fan has not blown at all and ready to take it out and return.

    What a great purchase!
    I'm so happy with my new fireplace and the flames are so relaxing to watch. Does it look like a real fire? Nope, not even close. Is it still enjoyable, relaxing and nice to look at? Definitely! Overall I love this purchase and I'm looking forward to getting a lot of use out of it.

    Buy this fireplace!
    this is such a great little fireplace! produces nice heat and looks pretty realistic. For being so affordable, i was pleasantly surprised by how nice it is! we have to frame it in yet on our new build but so far im obsessed!

    Heat blows
    This was the best electric fireplace I have bought. Which I have purchased 3 different kinds. This really puts out the heat and looks good too

    Good price and looks realistic!
    We got this to install inside a diy fireplace project and was perfect . It comes in a box with styrofoam so it won't get damaged along with a remote and manual. After my husband made the fireplace he installed the electric insert and it looks awesome! It lights up and heats the living room . We have flame color on red and on level 3 of brightness. The heat level is on 5 and it warms up our living room pretty good. Overall looks and feels great and will probably buy another one for another diy fireplace in the basement.

    Exactly as described but damaged from manufacturer
    The unit was well priced. The product ships from a company called Costway. It was exactly as described, EXCEPT, it was shipped damaged. The packaging was in excellent condition, and packed well in styrofoam. The left metal edge was very bent, which meant the MANUFACTURER inserted the already damaged product into the box. My wife and I bent the metal back into shape with a hammer and pliers so it's 99% all good. We read the instructions, plugged it in and it works as it should. Fairly simple to use. There is a cosmetic ring on the lower front. Pull it to expose a control panel where you have to flip a switch to turn on. Then you can control everything with the control panel or the remote.
