Only 18 and above!
Bought this for my 10 year old. Ancestry will NOT process dna results for anyone under 18. And no refund offered. There's nothing in the item description saying you couldn't submit a child's dna. Super disappointed.

    It's okay - seems expensive for what you get
    Gave it to my older mother for Christmas - it was too hard for her to do alone - and - but once it was mailed they kept her updated - would rather have received something in the mail - a nice framable chart or something than just the digital summary.

    It arrived on time
    Bought two of these, as a caveman im not all that tech-smart. It was nice that buying the kit, doing the whole activation thing on ancestry.com and everything was fairly easy and straightforward. Been wanting to do this thing for a long time and im glad the process is idiot-proof for guys like me

    I've bought several of these for different family members. They are a great gift. It's cheaper to order them from walmart.com and save the $10 shipping fee.

    They will lose your sample!
    They picked up my sample from the post office and then lost it. when i called to talk to someome about it they said they have no idea what i was talking about. i have proof it was picked up cause i saved the tracking

    Very good deal!
    Delivered in discreet packing. I appreciated this because it was a gift and what was inside could not be seen. Ordering directly from Ancestry doesn't give that option. Also, I got free shipping from Walmart and there is a charge for S/H when ordering directly from AncestryDNA. Got the exact same product!
