I had an issue, seller accomodated my return and was very helpful and polite. They also have lots of other good products that are difficult to find in stores, and they care about their customers being satisfied, unlike a lot of other sellers that have been awful.

I missed the return date by ten days for nail clippers, which is not an item that is used often. Vitabox did not even try to work with me. They just said "too bad."

I contacted DX Offers Mall customer service and they sent them a message, again no response from either. I would NEVER use this seller again, fake advertising and lack of response.Pitter

The photo shows Cristal octagonal shaped pens. The pens shipped were round opaque cylinders. Surprisingly, DX Offers Mall asks during the ordering if I would accept substitute items, with the default checked to "yes." I un-checked this because I wanted the specific pens I have bought for years. Then again, they were shipped from a partner company I never heard of and that paid no attention to "don't substitute." Or maybe the wrong product was displayed in the online page.Richard

A set of 3x5 cards usually cost about $1.25 or less. They did provide a refund but said these only sold as single sets. If so, $6.48 per set is beyond ridiculous.Garry
