Great jump starter, fantastic compressor!
I have tested this jump starter on several vehicles. It's generally great but although not perfect, but gets very close. Out of the box it came already charged, but the instruction manual indicates to charge anyway before use. This device allows you to jumpstart a vehicle (main function), and also has a digital “preset” compressor, has USB charge ports, and an LED lamp. I will focus my review on the jumpstart function and the compressor, because this is what I'm most interested in. CHARGING DEVICE It's important to point out that the extension cord needed to charge this device is NOT included. You must provide your own. The one I have is meant to be used with North American outlets only. The prongs are situated in such a way that only the “utility” type extension cords are likely to fit. It CANNOT be charged from a 12V system. It charges surprisingly quickly. LAMP AND CHARGE PORTS I tested the lamp and connected my phone to both USB charge ports. Both the lamp and charge ports work well, and its nice to have them. The lamp and both charge ports are activated by momentary push buttons. JUMPSTARTER I connected this device to several vehicles to see the voltage reading, and I jumpstarted one of them. After carefully reading the instructions, (which are printed in very small print) I proceeded to test one of our biggest vehicles which is a 6 cylinder SUV. Sure enough, it works but with one note worthy situation. I followed the instruction carefully and they instruct you to place the jump starter's negative clamp on the vehicle chasis. The vehicle would not crank at all. I tried various parts of the chasis, and no cranking took place. Finally, I simply placed the negative clamp on the negative vehicle terminal and my SUV started up fine. The instructions tell you NOT to do this, but to use the chasis instead, which would not start my SUV. The instructions do not say why you must use the chasis instead of the negative terminal. COMPRESSOR My most frequent use is the compressor. Out of the box, I notice that the compressor cord is tucked away in a very tight space which is difficult to put back in. It is perfectly fine to simply leave it hanging out side to avoid twisting the hose, which could eventually crack it. The hose is made of rubber, although the inside could have a different material. The connector is the screw in type which, by the way, has almost no leak when connecting, which is amazing. The hose is surprisingly long enough to reach the tire valve even when the valve is at the top of the tire on large wheels. After you set the desired pressure and start the compressor, it will continue to operate until it gets to about 1.0 psi close to the desired pressure. At this point you can hear it slow down and continue for the remaining 1.0 psi, and then is stops automatically when it reaches the intended pressure, which in my vehicle is 33 psi. This is the first time I see a compressor that actually slows down when it's getting close to the preset pressure. Once the tire is inflated, you unscrew the hose. There is very little leak when unscrewing the hose, which is fantastic. Most compressors blow out a lot of air when disconnecting the hose. ACCURACY OF COMPRESSOR I used my old fashioned, analog pressure gauge to compare it to this digital compressor. I found that there is a 1 to 2 psi deviation. To me this is well within the reasonable margin of error and actually quiet small. I would say that the loudness of this compressor is medium, because I've had louder compressors but also quieter ones. FINAL THOUGHTS Overall, this is a great jump starter and compressor. My only real complaint is that the compartment for the compressor hose is too small and requires a lot of twisting which will eventually cause a crack in the hose, based on my experience with previous compressors, so I don't intend on twisting the hose into that compartment too often. It has a good weight. I needs rubber pads on the bottom to prevent scratching. I wish it had a 12v charging option, but its not essential. And as I mentioned above, to jump start a vehicle I had to disregard the instructions and I connected the device directly to the car (SUV in my case) battery terminals, as opposed to the chasis as indicated in the instruction manual. I do recommend this product.

Total Junk
This is total junk, yes it has a good price, but that is it. I charged it for 40 hours like it stated in the instructions and was getting ready to put it into my trunk of my car, when I figured I should put air in one of my tires and the air compressor lasted 2 minutes before the battery completely drain and died. Thank goodness I tested it before an emergency situation occurred, save your time and money and leave this product alone. Also it does not come with an AC Cord, just 2 prongs that you cannot plug into anything, you have to purchase an extension cord to charge it up.

I absolutely love this item, I have a 2000 Bravada that draws on my battery. I have to start my vehicle every few days year round, especially in winter or it drains it quickly. I try to keep up with it, but usually have to jump her 10-15 times a season. I've been using my battery charger w/extension cord for over 10yrs. Now I don't have to fuss with dragging everything out and trudging in the weather! I love that it also has an air compressor 2 USB ports for charging phones etc. is a great benefit. Knowing I can charge things when there's a power outage will also be great. I was impressed with how quickly it arrived (within 8hrs) Unfortunately someone made an error sent another one the following day!!! Fortunately I had extra $$ in my account to cover - I was going to return the spare one, but am gifting it to a friend. I shopped for this item for 2yrs. truly wish I had gotten it sooner. I have been a widow for 5yrs. and truly strive to be independent. This unit is a great peace of mind for me. As a disabled senior this helps me keep my car running without bothering others. The unit is not to heavy or awkward to carry use. I'm truly happy with my purchase and highly recommend it to anyone who has a need for this. I still am shocked that for under $40 I have a peace of mind that's unbeatable.

yes, buy this one it will do the job
For the money you really can't go wrong. this thing has jumped my car many times. I took it camping for a weekend and it charged my flashlights and cell phone the whole weekend. My only dislike is the air hose. it takes an absurd amount of time to put air in the tires. Also it's in a really awkward place where it's on the underside and the hose pops out constantly so the whole charging pack doesn't sit right. I have jumped both a 6 and 8 cylinder suv and truck.

It cranks start my Toyota Camry!
My Toyota Camry did not start because it wasn't used for a couple months due to Covid. This Everstart 750 jumped start it within the first try. A week ago, I had a "low tire pressure" light come on while I was driving. After pulling over, I took the Everstart out of the back seat (it's been sitting there for a month), and filled my tire effortlessly. I would like to address the feedbacks about the overheating: if you read the manual, it says that do not use the air compressor for more than 10 minutes at a time as the device will start to overheat!

    Jump Starter
This a something I've wanted for a while and glad I got it, it has helped me to jump my motorcycle battery and pump up the tires on my car. Like all the stuff it can do besides jump start a car or pump up tires. Kind of slow pumping up a flat tire but most tire inflators are.

    Does the job
This jump starter and inflater tool is just what I needed. It's compact, fairly light and easy to use. It fits handily in the back area of my SUV giving me confidence to be prepared for any of several potentioal problems. The inflator hose could be a little easier to get out of it's housing and back in for that matter but it is acceptable as it does the job. It's very handy due to being portable so if a wheelbarrow or hand cart needs a little tire inflating this is perfect. The pressure regulator seems to be right on the money. I haven't used the jumpstart feature yet as I have had no need to but in the past i have found myself in need of just what this unit is designed for. Consequintly I feel prepared for the next time and this is a very nice feeling. I like the digital read out windw that utomatically shows either air pressure setting or voltage and the feature that allows you to set the pounds per square inch to automatically stop inflation when the set number is reached. I am going to get another one of these for my son who is preparing to take a cross country trip next month. I can recall several times in the past when I wish I had something like this to get me out of a jam.

    Sooo bad...
Where do I start? I charged the product as directed. It died before I could inflate two low tires on my mother-in-law's truck. So I recharged hoping for a better result. Same thing, died again after two tires. The automatic digital inflator was buggy. So for the extra size and weight, not worth the trouble. I'll just use my cigarette lighter plug in inflator which is much faster anyway. Disappointing product. Oh, never tried jumping of a vehicle, figured it wouldn't. It also possible I got a dud.

    Compact,Portal & Easy to use
This is nice product can we used for various purposes. I used it to fill air in soccer ball, volley ball etc its quick any easy. Nice to have all season to top up air in car tyres its works like a charm. Jump starter i tried with my old car it works well and the easy to read digital display shows the polarity correctly. The battery seems to stay for long period of time. For night use the screen has a backlit and to work in dark area it has LED lights. Two USB ports are great to charge our phones. This unit comes with the air house and small pin to fill air in balls and the jumper cables. It does not come with the charging cable we need to use from our home/buy one. The menu buttons are good and easy to use functionalities.

Terrible Product, Wish could rate 0 Stars.
I was initially excited to get this product as all the advertised features and functions would have made it an ideal "Emergency Kit" for my car. But, from the initial un-boxing, charging and then testing each feature, it was readily clear it was a terrible product from industrial design, materials used, ease of use and ultimate failure to work as advertised. 1.) The body of the device feels and looks cheaply made (cheap plastic, cheap product labels, etc). The handle and charging outlet cover are rubberized plastic, but still feels cheap. 2.) The device does NOT come with a charging cord!! It is a 2-prong (non-polarized) plug that you must plug in an extension cord (not included) to charge the device. (see photo) 3.) Device never gave indication of when it was fully charged (even over-night and all the next day), kept show one charging bar still flashing 4.) LED light worked fine, but you can get one just as powerful from a dollar store 5.) USB ports worked, but very slow to charge a smart phone. 6.) Air compressor connector is a screw-on type, not a quick connect. By the time you unscrew it after inflating something you have bled 10 psi and if its cold or you have gloves on, screwing the connector onto any valve is highly cumbersome (see photo) 7.) Air compressor digital reading can be off by 10-25 PSI from actual PSI (verified with a 3rd party gage) that is if you can actual screw the connector on well enough to inflate anything. And as many newer cars TPMS can detect even a 2 PSI difference between tires, this device is no where near accurate enough. 8.) I want to store the product vertically (not flat) and it will not stand up properly in that position. 9.) The Operating Instructions are just awful. Poorly written and in such a tiny type size you need a magnifying glass to read them. No Quick Start Guide is provided 10.) I will admit that I never used the product to try and "jump start" anything as the opportunity did not arise. But based on everything else wrong with the product, I refuse to even attempt it. I live in Upstate, NY (its cold and car batteries can die) but I would NEVER keep this product in the trunk of my car or depend on it for an emergency situation, it is far too unreliable. There are much better products on the market in this price range. Avoid at all costs.

    Does the job
A few months back had a dead battery at 4 am. Had jumper cables but nobody around to help me out. If it ever happens again this compact unit will do the job. Also I will be using it to top off the air in my tires without having to drag around a extension cord. Have used it once already to top off 3 cars and my motorcycle and still had plenty of power left. I also like having the USB charging ports. Will come in handy during power outages(live in Florida Hurricanes).

    Everstart 750 Amps Jump Starter
This has two great advantages, small and light. While it's completely self contained, jump start the battery, inflate a tire, even has USB charging in case your phone is dead and you need to call someone. It is easy to carry, fits most anyplace. In other words, very little excuse not to have one. That perfect gift giving item if you have kids or grand kits that start driving. Exceptionally easy to use, has all the controls on the front, with a light too. How many times have you heard of the spare tire being flat? Ever try to find an station with an air pump, that works? A just in case for every vehicle.

    Complete junk
Left it to charge all day and night and no issues there. Decided to top off my pickup's tires, which are 70 psi so I figured this would be a good test, and it did better than expected. Then, it started smoking...could have just been because it's burning off oil or something because it's new. Well, it won't shut off. After screwing around with it for several minutes I finally got the LCD screen off so I thought I had it, but no the compressor is still running. I'm hoping now it'll run dead before my neighbors get too ticked off at me. Needless to say I'll never use this again. Oh, and when I call the 877 number it has to call about "Problems with the product" I get a short recording that says "our hours of operation are Mon-Fri from 9am-5pm, goodbye" and it hangs up. Wow!

Great! Jumped 2 cars and a lawnmower on one charge
TLDR it works. The unit is a little bulky due to having an air compressor and also what I believe is a lead acid type battery instead of a lithium ion battery like most of the newfangled tiny jump starters. This is a good thing because a lead acid type of battery can withstand the temperatures that a car battery can. I was able to jump start 2 cars and a lawn mower on a single charge. You can also jump start with an extension cord if the jumper's battery is low. I don't really like the twist on attachment for the compressor. I have an air compressor that plugs into the cars accessory power (or cigarette lighter) and it works a lot better and is a lot easier to use. If the car is running that can fill all 4 tires even if it is slow. You're not going to get that out of this device unless you have it plugged into ac power. I don't really like where the led light is located. If you need this for use as a jump starter or an air compressor you'll need the display and you'll be blinded by the flashlight because it's right next to it. I think a separate air compressor, jumper, and flashlight would be ideal but this is really great for the price. You can just buy one thing and charge it and put it in a loved one's car and know that they'll at least have those things handy if needed.

Good price if you're looking for a combo unit
First of all, to address some of the petty complaints in other reviews: yes, it does need a standard household extension cord to charge it up. That saves a lot of space, and if you don't own an extension cord, you really have no business doing ANYTHING to your vehicle other than filling the fuel tank. It IS a battery, so once you fully charge it in your house or in your garage, there's really no need to charge it again for a month or so unless you have an emergency and use it, so having a built-in cord on a battery powered booster would be kind of silly. None of my cordless drills or saws or leaf blowers came with a power cord, either. Point number two: The compressor is for emergencies so that you can get to the nearest gas station, or to your home. It's not designed to sit there and pump up four dead flat tires, and probably WILL get hot and/or take forever to do so. Just looking at the physical size of it should tell you that. There's only so much air that that little cylinder can put out per stroke. If you need an air compressor to air up multiple flat car tires, or pool toys or other high volume items on a daily basis, buy an actual air compressor. Complaining about how this thing takes forever to air up four flat truck tires is about as silly as complaining about how long it takes a fire extinguisher to water your lawn. As for the jump starter, it's medium-duty and should start a 4 or 6 cylinder car pretty easily, and could probably jump a V8 that just needs a boost. If you have an old, weak battery that has gone dead flat, this might not be the answer, but if you've left your lights on and need a jump, this will work fine. This is a lead-acid battery, so it's heavy. I prefer the little lithium-ion boosters, but this unit also has the compressor to top off tires, which is nice. The picture includes a 1 quart oil bottle, so you can see the relative size of it. I can't speak to how long it holds a charge, but a lithium ion battery would have been much better than a lead acid battery, in my opinion. If you use it, then yes, it makes sense to charge it afterward, just like any battery powered tool. Are there better battery boosters out there? Yep, but they cost more than this unit. Are there better portable air compressors out there? Yep, but they don't jump start your car. For the price, this combo unit is pretty sweet.

Does everything EXCEPT jump the car off
Jump packs are a touchy subject for me, as my opinion is that they should only serve a single purpose, and that's to jump a car off. These extras that manufacturers put in these things take away from the primary purpose by sacrificing battery size and power to integrate these additional features. For this one, it leads to it's downfall. The light is bright. The USB outlets work perfectly. The compressor is nice, digital readout, set it and it auto-inflates to what you set it at. But the primary purpose of this is to jump off a weak or dead battery, and it fails miserably. I have a car that is rarely used, and the battery was very weak. The battery in the car is only 525cca, so SURELY one would think an advertised 750 cranking amp jump starter could handle it. Charged it up, had solid connections, turned it on, turn the key, got maybe one and a half rotations out of the starter and nothing more. Jump starter beeps and flashes that it's battery is dead after ONE ATTEMPT to start. Recharge battery pack, same thing. It already was starting with one less star because it does NOT come with a charging cable, you have to plug an extension cord in it. When it fails at it's ONE JOB, well if I could give it no stars I would. Do yourself a favor and buy a jump pack that only jumps the car off and doesn't have all of this extra junk!

    Very Versitile
This is not just not something to start a car but can be used to power and recharge phones, tablets, speakers and most USB device. It can be used as an air compressor to fill tires, balls and other things. It comes well equipped including a nozzle for tires and balls. Clamps needed to start a car are neatly attached to it and is easily obtainable. For such a small piece of equipment it can do many things. Everything is available except you need an extension cord to recharge it which takes 24 hours. So far we have not had to use it but am confident it will rescue us no matter the situation. It will be handy when we go some place for the day like the park, beach or when we go on a trip or camping for sure. I can think of many things I will use it for.

    Great Jump Starter/Compressor
This is a GREAT item for having in your car/pickup! It will do SO much. My son's pickup battery was completely dead, but the Everstart Jump Starter started it easily. The battery was so dead, the lights on the vehicle would not burn. The Jump Starter will tell you how many volts are in the battery, after it starts the vehicle, the Jump Starter will tell you whether or not the alternator is charging. It is an excellent compressor to pump up low tires. You set how much air you want in the tire and it will pump up the tire and then shut off. It is an excellent tool to carry in your vehicle. It will save a lot of money in road service calls and will keep you from being stranded out on the road. I am VERY impressed with this item! My husband loves it!
