Good Quality TV
We bought this tv to put on our lanai. We did not want to spend a lot of money so this was what we chose and we are very happy with it. Our other Samsung's are QLED but this UHD still has a great picture and clarity. We are fans of Samsung TVs! Walmart ordering

Mine is a DUD.
I have had this TV for close to five months. Sadly it now has a white line going from top to bottom when something with the color blue is displayed. I noticed this issue about two months into owning it. Very disappointed in quality and warranty. I have no way of taking it somewhere, due to its size to get it repaired.

    Disappointed in this TV!
    Had the TV JUST OVER A YEAR AND IT STOPPED WORKING. I can hear some sound; howler, no picture. Had to constantly unplug the TV to get the Hulu and Netflix to work

    Ok to not good.
    The TV is good. Wish it was better at streaming. I would recommend something better to anyone looking for a good quality reliable TV. I have a technician coming to look to see why I can't stream. it is definitely the TV that's the problem, not the internet or streaming service. May upgrade to something better if I can't solve the issue.

    Awesome 60 inch TV value and sound
    I love my 60 inch Samsung with a lifelike picture and great sound. No sound bar needed. Pair with a Roku for the best smart TV option, but it has many channels and apps available without a Roku. Live TV option is sweet. I mounted it to a TV holder on wheels which makes it movable. Has a full channel number remote which is uncommon today. Casting to it with my Samsung phone is easy and fun for pictures and videos. Use a Samsung Remote phone app for full control too.

    Definitely the only brand I will buy from now on.
    i've used vizio tvs, roku, phillips and lg. this samsung is very responsive, comes with a plethora of apps for streaming services (some free without a paid streaming subscription!) & samsung tv, which is almost as good as cable. connects to your phone to control as a remote. i love how it's almost frameless. i don't really have any complaints about this tv.

    Best TV Ever!
    it was quite a surprise to find out i had free samsung tv channels when my tv was set up. i mostly stream but i love my tv. i bought a firestick and i havent used it once because my samsung remote already has buttons for my streaming. the quality of the picture is great too! i am very happy with my tv. probably my all time favorite of all the tvs i have purchased. great product for the value! i would definitely recommend.

    this product did not last a year and half before having problems. the picture went out for a few days then came back on with a line of pixels missing. samsung needs to do better. the product should have been built better.

    Stopped working after 4 days
    bought it brand new on christmas eve. got ot home and set everything up. great picture, easy set up, decent sound. 4 days later there was no picture, only sound. i had to box it back up (fortunately we still had the box) and return it to the store.

    my wife got this for me for christmas and this is a great gift to get i highly recommend this product has great picture so clear and the colors are bright its perfect amot better then my 15 year old plasma i bought a samsung sound bar to go with it i am not to impressed with sound bar the sound bar just shuts off for no reason but it has nothing to do with the tv so cant give a negative review on the tv

    Horizontal lines appear across screen
    i was super excited about this telly. i purchased the mount and added on the additional $80 for professional instal. the telly arrived within a week of the order, and sat in its box, unopened, until the mount arrived about three weeks later. i didn't mind the long wait: its the holiday season and covid can cause more delays. anyway, today the installer arrived to mount the telly. it looked great. until it was turned on and horizontal lines were noticed running across about a third of the screen. so disappointed. i contacted samsung and they were great at coordinating a service call for the set to be repaired, at no cost. will report back after the service.

    TV is fine, software is not.
    bought the tv almost one year ago to the day (nov 30th, 2020). the tv is now stuck and say it needs updated by a usb drive. i've tried over and over to put the current firmware onto a usb drive and to get it to repair or reboot and apply it. no luck and samsung support hasn't been able to help so far. pretty annoying that a firmware update that should be taking place in the background somehow is corrupt? can't even change inputs to roku or a game system.
