Just reviewed mine today. That's unfortunate other customers received theirs damaged. I was afraid mine would be the same, but mine came in perfect condition. It was a risk I was willing to take. Got it on time and it's perfect! For the price and someone who just wanted a simple TV, this is perfect. Picture quality looks great, sound is clear, the remote navigation, and the apps are easy and simple to use! So happy that I made this purchase.

Bought this samsung 58in tv on walmart.com on August 1 2022 it came August 4 2022. Got it out of box went through all the trouble putting it on my wall bracket to turn it on and see a big line going straight down the middle. So upset boxed it up to take ba k to walmart for them to tell me i have to ship it back. Which will take sevetal fays then walmart said it woulf be 5 to 10 days beforei get a refund!!! So here i am with no tv have to wait no telling how long on refund so i can buy another tv definitely from somewhere besides Wal-Mart never again!!

    Defective screen
    Do not buy this TV . Do not waist your money and time . I ordered this TV twice and 2 times it's came with defective screens . I spend my time calling to customer service and their CSR do not even know how to process returns correctly .I have to call back several times to get my money back . Bad quality, bad customer service. Very disappointed!

    Horrible customer service
    arrived broken and the box beat up and on top of that now I have to take the tv back to store for the quickest refund process and when I looked online the tv price went up now so even if I was to buy it I would be paying more.Totally unsatisfied.I also cut my hand on glass even like this is ridiculous.The eve. crazier thing is they don't have any in stock either so I can't even just go swap it out.

    I had the same issues as several people recently with this tv. I've received 2 and both were broken. The first tv was different from the 2nd so not sure what's going on there either. Wal Mart is trying to get me to package it back up and return it to a location for a third time. Missed all of the other possible Black Friday and cyber Monday deals at this point and I'm 8 months pregnant. I'm beyond frustrated and don't have the energy to wait another 2 weeks to get another television. This will be the first and last time I order a large electronic from WalMart online.

    Walmart… Is this really your delivery policy??
    The delivery driver stated that he is instructed to just drop packages off at front door. Well I live in an apartment on the 3 floor and I'm a female…how am I supposed to get a huge 75 inch tv up 3 flights of stairs? I struggled and threw my back and body out, trying to maneuver. Luckily, an older couple who saw me helped, but I felt bad because they were my parents age and they were worn out too. Tv is great. But not worth the hassle if you are single and have no one to help you. Walmart has lost a customer. I wish this incident would have happened before I spent over $2k Christmas shopping with them.

    Bad TVs or Bad Shipping?
    I've ordered this exact same TV three times. The first two artived with cracked screens and the third one has a dead spot as shown in the pic. Not sure if these issues are due to horrible shipping or a bad batch of TVs Wal-Mart is dumping at a reasonable price. I will never buy another TV from Wal-Mart but I'm over packing and shipping bad units. I'll see if they will give a partial refund and provide an update of possible. Bummed, again....

    Love My TV
    The TV came perfectly wrapped with no scratches or damages. After mounting, very little to no adjustments were needed. It seems to auto adjust picture quality. It was noticed that there are sound differentials between stations/pictures and the sound has to be adjusted up or down. Especially while viewing streaming apps. Unlike the 55 inch. Not sure why that is. Other than that, enjoying the TV quality.

    This was an awful purchase.
    I'm just opening my tv that has been stored in my shed since purchase. I open the box and the tv screen is damaged. Cannot get an associate on the phone, after being placed on hold it disconnects before speaking to anyone.

    I love the clear picture and features
    i love my new tv. it really brings the room together. it has a very clear and colorful display and the speakers are great as well. i live in an apartment so we dont even need a sound bar. this was also a great price. love the product.

    really disappointed. i bought this tv and it had bad light bleeding that is very distracting in a darkened room (which is mostly when we watch). i returned the first one thinking it was a defect, and the new one has the same thing. terrible!

    TV is fine, software is not.
    bought the tv almost one year ago to the day (nov 30th, 2020). the tv is now stuck and say it needs updated by a usb drive. i've tried over and over to put the current firmware onto a usb drive and to get it to repair or reboot and apply it. no luck and samsung support hasn't been able to help so far. pretty annoying that a firmware update that should be taking place in the background somehow is corrupt? can't even change inputs to roku or a game system.

    I order this item and the first time it came it didn't work as the brightness would only go up to 50%. So I returned got a new one and waited another week for it. It delivered today and it came with a messed up screen. Idk what the problem is with these TVs but it ain't looking good.

    very large tv.. happy with the purchase and so far have ran it for 8 hours, not warm at all and downloaded multiple streaming service that normally isn't available on streaming devices.. definitely going to be cancelling our Direct TV as its no longer needed.. love it

    Major screen defects after less than 20 hours use.
    In less than 4 months owning, and very limited usage, this tv developed large annoying smudges in the screen which makes watching anything annoying... instead of enjoyable.

    No picture/No sound
    Purchased this tv a couple of weeks ago (February 2). Brought it home, set the tv up picture was working fine. Now I'm getting sound but NO picture. Not happy at all! I tried of over an hour to unplug all the cords and plugged them back in.....still no picture and now no sound. Very frustrated!

    Great budget TV
    The only complaint I have is the brightness. I wish the TV was entirely backlit rather than just the edges. It looks great in low lighting, but when the sun is shining into the room, its less than than desirable. I would also like to access the apps with a single button push. The remote is pretty basic.
