I love this time saving device!
This cuts my non-carpet floor cleaning time in half! I do have a couple of issues that are not deal breakers but certainly something to consider. Firstly, the docking station isn't a charger. That would have been a great feature. Not sure what the point of the docking station is actually. The second is that the cleaning fluid refills are $20. That's pretty pricey compared to my tried and true pine sol and Fabuloso. You pay for convenience. Seems well made and like it will last a good long time. I've only used it for spot cleaning so far and it excels at that. It comes with a handy cleaning brush with a Swiss army style hair cutter to clean the roller. My wife assembled the unit in about 8 minutes and was happy with how light weight it is.

wonderful product! this little machine is so worth it! the online price was much cheaper than my local store, but they price matched the online price for me. i am very careful to take the mop apart and clean all the pieces after each use. i lay them on an old towel to dry before reasembling. i do not use the self clean option often. It ssems that the battery needs to have at least a half charge to use self clean. i usually run the battery down mopping. i don't mind this since i take everything apart to rinse and dry. i want to avoid mold growing from retained moisture. i have found that it works better if i prewet the mop head. otherwise it takes awhile for the mop to get wet enough to mop. this works well for me. i have two dogs and have not had issues with it clogging from fur. it vacuums up all my little crumbs as i mop! i have not tried mopping wet spills or large items with this though. i use it for a twice a week clean on my LVP and marble tile. i am able to mop my living room, kitchen, foyer, Hall, and bathroom on a single charge. i have not had any issues with it leaving dirty water on the floor. in the manual is says that this is caused by tipping it to far back so i am careful to avoid that. overall, for $100 this is a great buy and works as advertized!

    Amazing Value
I was a little skeptical because some of the reviews were not very promising. My niece recommended the Tineco 3 but I couldn't spend that kind of money!! After the first use of the 2, I am impressed! I did not sweep before hand and it picked up EVERYTHING! The floor looked absolutely amazing after! The vacuum is very light weight and super easy to clean!!

    Perfect for families with kiddos!!
This thing is amazing and such a time saver! I have 4 kids under the age of 4 so this helps with sticky food on the floor. You do have to dump out water after every use and kinda clean up a couple parts, but it beats getting out a dust pan and a mop and bucket. it's light weight and so far I'm in love!

    IT WORKS BUT....
It cleans cat food, cat litter and bird seeds from the floor. The brush is made similar to carpet, thus it will retain mold if not clean and throughly DRY everyday. The're many pieces you need to clean everyday. The main focus is the brush. You can add your own floor solution. The one included doesnt do the job. I'm undecided to return it or not.

Good, but slightly misleading for pet owners
I have two shedding dogs and an all dirt back yard. I first used the vacuum and experienced some dirty water leaking out when I turned the vacuum off. Customer support recommended cleaning the parts, which I did. Seemed to have fixed it. My largest problem is that this vacuum is not designed for “large” amounts of dog hair. By that I mean 2 days worth of shedding from 2 dogs. When I use the Tineco, it will pick up the hair, but the spit it back out in clumps. I contacted support about this (since the vacuum is advertised towards homes with pets) and they said the vacuum is not meant for much hair and I would need to sweep, then vac-mop. I have decided to keep the vacuum as it has still saved so much time, but I just have to go back after vac-mopping and pick up the clumps of hair that it spits out. That is definitely frustrating as I was under the impression it was supposed to handle pet hair, but I've considered that inconvenience, the price, and general convenience and decided it was worth it to keep it.

    my model number.
Almost 200 less than the Cordless Bissell! great that you don't have to sweep your floor before you love your floor with this Little Gem! And how cool that it cleans its own roller when you put it back on its base. I also get more time from mine been a lot here have said the average is around 22 minutes. I get close to 35 minutes. this says that this is the item that I purchased, but what I received was one that was briefly released before it was labeled the new model. I get longer battery life. also if you register your product and provide your email address. They mail you a free roller. Which is very handy to have one drying while the other is in use. The price is great, I don't think you will regret your purchase. and just an FYI for those of you who are complaining about how the cleaning machine leaks. I just about bet you're not using the proper cleaning solution. I tried using something with a friend and it foamed up and leaked all over. Now I only use a floor cleaning solution. I have use Great Value and it works great as well.

    Dont Waste Your Money
This is useless, I always end up having to clean my floor again after using. black water comes out as soon as it is upright position. I wouldnt see this thing to my worst enemy, as far as I am concerned it is a piece of junk, not worth losing your money over. I have used this all maybe 3 times since purchased and wow, what a mess it makes.

Good Vacuum that has a mop
This is my second cordless vacuum from Tineco and so far I have to say that I am impressed. I haven't had any issues with the battery life and it holds a charge pretty well while not in use. Its super easy to set up and use, and I loved being able to vacuum and mop at the same time. I used it more as a spot cleaned for tough areas rather than like a mop for the whole house. I think that is where this excels and differentiates itself from other vacuums. I also think this is what others that write poor reviews on this product fail to realize. If you are looking for a cordless vacuum that has a mop for your hard floors, then you'll be happy with this product. If you need a mop that happens to have a vacuum on it, then just stick with a conventional mop and bucket. You'll be much happier.

    Too Many Problems
I love the concept of vaccum mops but this one isn't worth it. The brush roll doesnt scrub the floor well because it doesn't have bristles like the other tineco and vaccum mop models. The dirty water tank is way to small and leaks out the brush onto the floor when full. Also for some reason the self clean on mine wouldn't work. I love how the ifloor pulls you foward when using it. The suction is strong but it doesn't scrub well as like I said. you end up pressing the water dispenser while brushing, which ends up using all the water from the clean water tank. This bring me to another problem, the brush doesnt put enough water on the floor, so it can't grip and scrub the harder spots like it should. It was just too much, I had to constantly refill and empty the tanks. The regular ifloor would've probably be a better option. Luckily for me Walmart had the Ion vaccum mop for a little bit less than $180. Its a steal considering I bought the bissell on sale with the protection plan for $227 and Ion Vac looks and felt way more premium it even has a voice assistant. Even this ifloor felt more premium than the bissell. Unfortunately, I'm returning it because of the problems I had mentioned.

Great time saver, but requires some maintenance.
This truly is the floor cleaner I didn't know I needed. I already have a cordless stick vacuum, and I love it, and I also have a spray mop. I didn't think I needed anything else to keep my non-carpeted floors clean. Boy, was I wrong! Okay, I can actually keep my floors clean with those other tools. The big difference, though, is how much TIME the Tineco iFloor 2 Cordless Wet Dry Vacuum and Hard Floor Washer saves me! This vacuum is easy to use and isn't too heavy to push. I use a wheelchair, so the cordless feature REALLY matters to me, as does the weight of a vacuum cleaner. The iFloor 2 is partially self-propelled, which is super convenient, although that same feature can also make it tricky to handle sometimes. It glides across my laminate floors, sucking up stray crumbs and cat hairs, and it actually mops as it goes. You can spray a little extra solution using the trigger button on the handle for tougher spots, so the iFloor 2 performs better and cleans more thoroughly than my spray mop. And my floors dry so much faster! I used to get out a desk fan to help speed up the drying process, but now they are dry within minutes. And when I'm done with it, this cleaner cleans itself! I just place it on its tray (which was included), plug it in, and engage the Brush Roller Self-Cleaning mode and it goes to work, cleaning its brush. How cool is that?! As much as I like it, this floor cleaner is not without its problems, unfortunately. I mentioned that the self-propulsion feature can be a little strong and hard to control, at least for me. When that happens, it is also very easy to accidentally pull the spray trigger, releasing more cleaning solution. That's not a huge issue, but it can get annoying. I think it's a matter of placement, so maybe the spray trigger should be moved for future designs. The biggest problem I have had with my iFloor 2, though, is the smell! To be fair, this was my fault, at least at first. I ignored the instructions that clearly say you have to empty and rinse the Dirty Water Tank (DWT) and clean the brush roller after every use. Now, this is obvious to me NOW, but I'd never owned a cleaner like this before, and I just didn't get it. So I didn't clean those after the first use. A few days later I cleaned my floors again, but this time...oh, the stink! It was disgusting! Seriously...learn from my mistake and ALWAYS empty the filthy DWT after you use this thing! Just like you wouldn't leave a bucket with dirty mop water sitting around, don't put this cleaner away without dumping the dirty water. A little maintenance goes a long way. The last issue has to do with actually emptying the DWT. The great thing about this cleaner is that it eliminates the need for two separate cleaning actions and two separate cleaning tools. It is supposed to vacuum and mop at the same time, so I don't vacuum my bathroom floor before using this in there. The problem is that I have very long blonde hair that gets sucked up by the iFloor 2. That hair mixes with all the other gunk on the floor and becomes a gross, tangly mess that I have to remove by hand when I empty the DWT. Eww!! Now, I suppose I could empty the DWT outside and just dump the whole mess there, but I am usually emptying it into a slop sink, and I don't want that filthy hair glob going into my drains. So I feel like I still need to vacuum my bathroom floors before using my floor cleaner, which kind of defeats the purpose of a 2-in-1 appliance. It's only one room that needs the extra step, but still. Overall, I love the convenience of my iFloor 2. It saves me a lot of time and hassle. My floors are cleaner and I feel like I can be prepared for company a lot faster because of it. There are still a few problems with the maintenance of it, including that it DOES require a bit of maintenance, but if I have to choose between doing the few things to keep it clean and fresh, or the whole rigamarole of vacuuming AND mopping my floors--pushing a heavy vacuum cleaner, filling buckets and emptying the dirty mop water, waiting for floors to dry, et cetera--I'll definitely take the Tineco iFloor 2! Especially for households with mostly uncarpeted floors, this is a huge time saver, and I do recommend it.

    Love this hardwood floor cleaner
I love this floor cleaner! I have hardwood floors throughout the main living areas in my house. I had a three step process for cleaning. I would use a broom to pick up debris. Then use a duster to pick up the small residue left behind. Then I preferred to scrub the floor by hand. We adopted a small dog for my daughter and this process suddenly became cumbersome. The dog sheds ALOT and I just could not keep up with all of the hair! This floor cleaner eliminates my 3 steps and is a vaccuum and scrubber all in one! It picks up the hair and small dust all the way to the woodwork! It also mops and does a great job of wiping up spills and other spots on the floor up to about an inch away from the wall. It does not wet the floor all the way to the woodwork. That works out fine for me as long as the dog hair gets swept up. In addition, it does not leave my floor streaked. It looks clean and shiny with zero water spots or streaks! Once finished, clean up is easy. I just empty the containers and clean off the sponge filter. I also wipe down the outside of the cleaner just to keep it clean. It stores nicely and charges right up with the power charger. Its sleek, compact and works!

    Surprised
I love this floor cleaner! It is very easy to use. On a full charge you get 22 minutes of cleaning, I can do 3 rooms on 1 charge. It cleans very well on the regular setting, in higher traffic areas I like to use the spot setting because it scrubs harder. It is very light weight and also has an awesome self cleaning feature that cleans the roller.

    Multi-tasker
No more pulling out the broom, vacuum, dry duster & mop! Now that I have the ifloor 2, I can accomplish the same level of clean, without pulling out multiple cleaning items. I definitely recommend this for ease of cleaning and convenience. I also appreciate the white color, as it matches my decor in my home.

    Handy floor cleaner
Vacuum and mop in one! Vacuum works well, the mop part I find myself having to go over spots multiple time even on spot mode. It has a self cleaning mode but you still have to take the dirty water out after each use and clean those parts. I also found that grass(that is tracked in) or hair gets stuck so I have to basically take apart the whole thing to clean it after I have cleaned. So if you don't mind cleaning after you've cleaned, this product is for you! It does come with a plastic tray for it to sit on when not in use and charges up over 4 or 5 hours that way it is cordless when in use. It is lightweight and I love that it swivels with ease! However it claims to be “ultra-quiet” but I wouldn't say that. It's not super noisy but it definitely isn't quiet.
