I would not recommend
It was difficult to understand and follow the directions. It only holds less than a 1 TB

    Toshiba Taking Care of Business
    I bought Toshiba Canvio External Drive a couple of months ago to back up my OS. At first, it was a little difficult to understand the directions and I almost returned it. But, not willing to give up so easily, I decided to read the instructions carefully on the screen and FINALLY I got it connected to the computer. A little patience is needed when setting this up if you haven't done it before. But, so far, it's working perfectly and I can set the date with options on when the drive can backup my system. So far...so good.

    Good!, careful with the usb cable!
    Perfect for what I needed!, very useful though I do warn the usb cable that connects to the hard drive itself can be a little loose

    Typical Toshiba product, always delivers.
    Instructions easy to understand and follow. This drive is a beast!, and small too. I haven`t even begun to fill it up yet.

    Excellent product, excellent price product
    I purchased my Toshiba Canvio Advance 2TB Portable External Hard Drive USB 3.0 almost one year ago. Still working great. I have never had any issues with it. Set up and operation are super easy. And the price is excellent. I love the different color options too.

    Easy, useful, and huge.
    I'm doing a huge photo scan project for my family on this hard drive, and it's perfect for that. It's as easy as 'plug it in' and ready to go. I'm very happy with it. 2TB is huge.
