LEGO Porsche
I'm not really in the the cars, but I bought the 007 Austin Martin and found it to be cool and very detailed. So, I had no plans on building the Bugatti, Porsche GT3 or others do to price. I saw this and thought it was well worth the cost and looks cool. This is by no means a small build and was well worth it. If you don't want the huge cost of the Orange GT3 or the Bugatti buy this one instead it's well worth it.

Cheap Knock Off of Lego Technic
I'm very disappointed in this purchase. I received a cheap, knock off version of a Lego Technic that was advertised. The box was badly damaged and several words were misspelled like "Technie" instead of "Technic" ... Porschc Mobii, and Michelim. Needless to say I will be returning this item.

5.00 out of 5 stars reviewVerified Purchaser01/26/2023Coping over the retired 911 gt3 rsThe build was fun to do as I did it in 1 sitting. Bags aren't labeled so it made it some what confusing at first but once you start going, you remember where the pieces are located. Overall great build and its nice to have as you cant purchase the road car variant anymore.JakubFK8

5.00 out of 5 stars reviewVerified Purchaser11/23/2022Don't underestimate this one: very challenging! These 10 and 11+ Technic sets should not be underestimated — very challenging for adult builders, too! The challenge is why I so enjoy these sets, and this one is no exception. Didn't like having all the pieces in unmarked/unnumbered bags as I think that adds a needless amount of tedious complexity. That said, the challenge is part of the fun so if that sounds like a good time to you, this set won't disappoint.GleefulInfernox024

2.00 out of 5 stars reviewVerified Purchaser09/11/2021Lego booklet instructions missing pagesThe booklet is wrong. Once you get to step 119 10 pages are missing, some pages are duplicates, and out of order. Maybe I just got a faulty booklet, but who knows maybe more are like that.Campbell

5.00 out of 5 stars reviewVerified Purchaser07/08/2021Great set at a fantastic priceThis car doesn't have a gearbox like the other big Porsche, the Bugatti, or the Lamborghini but it is almost the same size and looks great for 1/3 the price. It looks good on my shelf and it was fun to build. I think this is the best bargain in Technic vehicles!Lee

4.00 out of 5 stars reviewVerified Purchaser06/02/2021Lovely RacecarThis was the first Lego set I've bought in a long time, and I had a great time building it. In a lot of the pictures, the headlights look quite bulbous, and I was worried it would make the car look bug-eyed in person, but it's a lot less noticeable than I expected. Also, this thing is huge! I'm gonna have to buy a shelf for this. The main reason I gave it 4 stars was because this set didn't come with numbered bags for some reason. I know for a fact that pretty much every lego set for a while has come with numbered bags, so this made the build process much slower than it could have been, as I was sifting through every bag throughout. But overall, the finished product is awesome, and I'd give the beauty factor a 5-star rating. I think I've caught the Lego bug again, and more of these Technic builds are in my future for sure.Shane44

5.00 out of 5 stars reviewVerified Purchaser04/05/2021Detailed Model Great ValueI purchased this set to display alongside the GT3 and was a little bit disappointed to find out that the completed model is a little bit smaller than it's predecessor however what it lacks in size it makes up for in great detail. This set comes with the most decals, especially large decals (two full sheets) of any LEGO set I've ever purchased. The build process is fun. The first 60% of the build is mostly internal structure and the last 40% fleshes out the body panels and overall vehicle shape. It doesn't have that many play or action features aside from what you'd expect it any other technic set. If you're a fan of Porsche and/or want a great sports car display model, this set delivers. The white/red/black color combination is unique and eye catching! All in all very happy with this set and enjoy seeing it displayed on my shelf!Eastwood

5.00 out of 5 stars reviewVerified Purchaser02/28/2019Another Great Porsche Set!Obviously not as large as the GT3RS, but for 1/2 the cost it is more than 50% the size of it. I do wish the ride height was a little lower, but not a big deal at all.cdcohen

5.00 out of 5 stars reviewVerified Purchaser01/18/2019Very Realistic 911 RSRI have built the Bugatti Chiron and Porsche GT3 RS. These models have tremendous detail in the engine and transmission bay and yet when the car is complete, the cool bits are hidden from view. There was effort in Porsche 911 RSR to maximize the aspects you can see. Always impressed that every one of the 1580 pieces supplied has a purpose and there is no excess or waste. Nice kit...Look forward to the next!porschefan

5.00 out of 5 stars reviewVerified Purchaser01/05/2019Technic Porsche 911 RSRAt first I wasn't sure If I want this set because of it's size not being an 1:8 but I'm glad I purchased it. I had a great fun time building it. it's much less complex than the 911 gt3 and Bugatti but it looks as good as the other sets.Emery

5.00 out of 5 stars reviewVerified Purchaser01/02/2019An excellent addition to the Technic seriesFor those looking for something smaller than the Porsche 911 GT3 RS, this set is for you. The color scheme that this set comes with looks really good and is a definite must have for collectors. The only drawback to this set in my opinion is the headlight pieces as they are a bit bulky in comparison to the rest of the vehicle, however, it is still a well thought out piece and looks good on display. It is worth noting that this set does come with quite a large amount of stickers. If you have trouble with stickers, you might need someone to help put them on. For example, the wing itself is a set of three stickers and they need to be aligned properly for the text to flow smoothly. In conclusion, it isn't surprising to see this set already on backorder. The price tag is definitely less expensive than the GT3 RS, but with that being said, the RSR is substantially smaller in size... and I would argue that to be a good thing.ErikLego

3.00 out of 5 stars reviewVerified Purchaser01/02/2019Get the GT3!Ok, so I knew that it wouldn't be as good as the GT3 but it really is nowhere near as good or solid. It doesn't have the drivetrain ... but then I don't really see the point of it anyway as you can't see it or make use of it! The biggest problems for me are that it just doesn't seem to be as well put together as the GT3 e.g. the doors are wobbly and don't stay closed. But the worst thing, especially when put side-by-side with the GT3, is the stupidly small wheels, they're ridiculously small (about 3/4 the size of the GT3 model even though the models are of a similar size) meaning there are large gaps in the wheel arch. Rather disappointed now that I've finished it. If you want a Lego Porsche, spend the extra and get the GT3.the2nicks
