Kingsford 24" grill
The grill was easy to assemble ( just be patient), and cooking on the grill for me was a pleasure. Having the adjustable coal / bricket tray was an advantage to variable cooking temperatures. The upper rack worked perfect to slowly toast my garlic bread! I love my new Kingsford Grill !!!

Very poor directions. Diagram is not to scale and no written instructions. Very hard to put together. Still in pieces in my kitchen because my husband and son cannot figure out how to assemble.

All 4 legs of this grill rotted right off, wheels and all! This was kept indoors unless in use. Granted we bought it a couple years ago but we have done nothing to this grill to cause this. It has only been used maybe 6 times.

    Didn't last
I've loved the grill, keep it under the awning, covered with a vinyl cover and the charcoal pan that raises and lowers already fell apart, rusted, corroded, don't use it often. Gotta find something better.

I have used my grill for 2 years. After the first year the charcoal has started to burned a big hole straight through the charcoal tray. It is very disappointing. How does that happen!

Love the cast iron grilling surface. I like the option of raising or lowering the charcoal as the food is grilling. Great features. Good value. Nice price. Had this product been built in the U.S.A. I would have given it 5 stars. With the history behind the name kingsford it should on be built in the U.S.A.

I had one in Tennessee and loved it . It's very versatile . You can easily raise the coal pan for grilling steaks and burgers or lower it for slower cooking . The front access makes it great for adding wood chips for smoking . All around great grill !!

Simple to use, easy to clean. I think it's without a doubt the best grill for the money. I have gone through many grills over the past 40 years and am very happy with this one.

.......... Looks waaaay nicer in person !
What can you buy under $100 today that is high grade quality ? That's right.... NOTHING! But for the price, and a little TLC from the casual bbq-er, this grill can last you easily 5-10 years. This grill is pretty sturdy, has every feature you can ask for.

    Not Happy
We will never order anything on line again. It never arrived on time and was VERY difficult to put together. We will be returning it. It was supposed to be a Gas Grill.......

    Kingsford BBQ
It's a replacement for an identical one bought a few years ago. A couple of out of control fires toasted the old one, planning more controlled burn this time around. Stacks up, feature for feature against more expensive BBQs. Happy Grilling

Great Cooking Grill.... but corrodes fast.
Pro - One of the best grills I ever owned in complete control over cooking, flavor and ease of use. Con - Construction materials could be better. In two years the ash pan and bricket plate was corroded. Three yrs the cast iron grates are badly corroded. Had to buy a new bricket plate (and shippping is as much as the item) and now the ash pan is toast. Better off now just to buy a whole new grill. It is kept under roof on my deck, so not in the weather. If the Chinese would use a better or thicker material, this grill would last a lot longer.

The grill works very well. However, it shipped with (4) right legs. I had to wait (4) days for (2) left legs to ship to complete assembly. Then, the screws did not work in the pre-tapped holes on the left front leg to attach the bottle opener, so I had to wait another week for a hardware pack to deliver. Assembly instructions are good and assembly is not hard. All that said, I would have been better off buying a near identical "Expert" Walmart brand unit available already assembled. I actually think the "Expert" grills are heavier duty and better quality. One other point, the Kingsford does not come with a tool for handling the hot grills. I cannot believe this was overlooked. I was fortunate to already have a tool from my old grill.
