Did the Trick
I purchased to try to remove locking lug nuts where I had lost the removal key. The 23 mm did the trick. I tapped on over the locking lug nut, turned slowly with a long 1/2" breaker bar, and WOW, I got all 4 off in a matter of minutes. THANKS.
