Love this stuff
I have used "Pellon Heavyweight Fusible Fleece" when quilting and love the stuff. My last project was a stuffed rabbit my granddaughter wanted made from a T-shirt type knit. It worked so well the rabbit holds it shape and even sets up in the middle of the bed. I plan to use it so often I ordered a whole bolt. Two things to keep in mind if you plan to sew with it, 1) it's best to allow the fabric fused with the fleece to cool completely after ironing and before sewing. When the glue is still hot it effects the way thread and needle pass through the fabric and makes it stick. 2) Sew with care and try to get it right the first time. Ripping the seam can be difficult, the thread can be removed but it takes time .

    Replacement Needed on This One
I'm not sure what type of Pellon was on the bolt I received, but it was awful! I buy this item by the bolt a lot, and for whatever reason this bolt was super thin, and didn't iron on very well, it made the fabric lay really bumpy. I did have it replaced with the exact same thing and it's great. Just wish Walmart would keep me up to date with return information. I had no idea they received the return, and even looking at my account, I cannot tell if my money was refunded.

    Terrible manufacturer batch
Last few purchases were a huge failure. Very thin and flimsy, not the heavyweight material this is supposed to be. It is also greyish in color. Very bad manufacturer batch. The worst part is after speaking to both customer services multiple times I found that both Walmart and Pellon are aware of the bad batch and yet is still being sold!!?? This is sad cause I loved this product and used it a lot and now I can't trust the manufacturer and the seller. I attached a photo showing one of the old good quality bolts next to a bad batch one. You can see that the old one is at least double the size of the new one, you can also see the difference in color.

Terrible, defective, poor quality from Pellon
I have used hundreds of yards of this fleece over the past 2 years. But now Pellon has changed this product and it is unacceptable. It is thin, floppy, grey, and bubbles the cotton fabric when ironed on. I have returned all bolts I bought and called Pellon. I sent Lena in Pellon customer service pictures of the difference in the old product and the new. Multiple phone calls as well as multiple emails to Pellon documenting how poor this new product is. I have switched to Heat n Bond fusible fleece. So disappointed in Pellon. See my photo: new product on the right vs old (2022) product on the left. 16 sheets of each.

    Recent bolts terrible
This is a Pellon FAIL! Last two bolts have been terrible. Thin and floppy, does not adhere unless high temp at which fabrics bubble. I know this product and something is wrong. Look at the difference, same product

Ok Have been ordering this Heavyweight fusible for years and this came and was so thin and gray in color. I actually called Pellon and sent them pics and they are sending me a new bolt as they said they Stand behind their product 100% was very impressed with their customer service. Not the same quality!
The quality of this new bolt is just awful. It is not what I am used to buying and using for my quilted placemats. See my pictures. The bolt on the right I bought several months ago. The bolt on the left I just received yesterday, Feb 15,2023. How can they possibly be the same quality? Both bolts are unused, still wrapped in plastic and both are 10 yards. Please comment.

    Fantastic product for the price.
I am making fabric baskets and this fusible fleece makes the basket stand up with no wrinkles. It is adhering to several different types of fabric. I will buy more.

    Degraded quality
I have been buying these for quite some time, and the recent order truly disappointed me. It's not heavyweight at all, it's the regular one, even though the cardboard label says, 973F heavyweight. It shrinks when is ironed and it doesn't adhere to the fabric well, you have to iron it for a while but then it shrinks because of the heat, it is very flimsy and not sturdy at all. I don't know what happened but I returned one, unfortunately, I had already cut the other one ( I bought two). Please, fix these or at least be honest with what you are offering.

Makes my tote bags look professional.
I just started making tote bags, I'm a beginner. This is a real nice heavy thick weight to provide Stability On the main fabric And topstitched handles (but I would not use it on the lining as well, because it would make your bag too thick.). You could add a piece of it to one side of an inner pocket if you're going to add a cell phone pocket inside your tote bag. I like this stuff a lot, and would buy it again , it made my first bag look more professional, even though I'm only a beginner. :-).

My new go to iron in felt!
I was hesitant but the price was right and I needed it for some purses and bags I was making. It is more like a felt. It irons on nicely. I will buy again!

    Great deal
I was very pleased to find this product at Walmart. The last time I bought this from another site I paid almost $20.00 more and that was supposed to be a bargain. Anyone that sews or crafts knows the quality of the Pellon brand. Can't beat it. Thank you Walmart.

    A great buyfor pellon fleece
This fusible fleece is heavy duty and can not even be purchased at Joann's. I have used many different kinds in the tote bags I make and this is the heaviest and best buy. I can buy on line and basically get 5 yards free. The bolt is only $35 and it is 10 yards, at Joann's I pay $70 for a 15 yard bolt and it is not nearly as heavy duty. So for the same money I get an extra 5 yards and it is delivered to my door with a small shipping fee. Very happy and will continue to order this

    Walmart's fast delivery saved me!
While working on a project making items for a holiday bazaar, I ran out of heavy fusible fleece, and couldn't find it locally. Walmart online saved the day! My 10 yard bolt arrived in about 3 days, and was perfect quality. Very reasonable shipping too! Will plan to get more if I run out again!
