horrible product
Christmas present 2018, got water damaged from washing hands/dishes, never wore in shower or swimming (even though water resistant), screen just black, stopped working. Got replacement. December 2019, white lines across screen, had it replaced again, now 5 months later same issue. Contacted customer service (fitbit) and they just want to up sell me to another model for a little 25% discount. I would NEVER buy another fitbit product.Too much money for something that only last 5-6 months.

It says i did 3000 steps when i was watching a movie! But the part that i dislike the most is the syncing. I have to turn everything on and off and uninstall, reinstall, force close app, and refresh 20 times to get the watch to sync unless its on sync mode all day. But i am not always using it so i dont have bluetooth and gps on. Id like to like this watch. Some features are really cool and i want to find one that works well. I just dont think this one is it.Revu
