I sent it back to the appropriate seller. The faulty Xbox came in timely matter. Packaged professionally in a undamaged Walmart box with a return label. It was on time. Walmart has already sent me verification monetarily. Quickly too also I must add. I will continue purchasing merchandise from Walmart exclusively. Online shopping is easy. Actually more of a selection than in the store itself. Since Microsoft dropped the ball, I may go with a PS4. Note: I bought an equally expensive item from Amazon and it came in a tattered old box.Robbie

Otherwise it is just "too boring" for them! So now, after hiking in the mountains, or wading in the Kern River, they can get cleaned up, sit on a comfy couch and play Minecraft! or whatever they are working on...LOL!Brake4moose

Nonetheless, its a fun console and Im able to play all the games I love. The big standout to me is the ability to jump between games and resume right where you left off without having to reload the game. Its a solid console, plenty simple to use. Especially if youre on a budget (or cant get your hands on anything else) this is the console to buy.Jayson

But the console came exactly as described and came 4 days early. The only thing that I wasn't keen on was that it was shipped in a Uhaul box, the packaging inside wasn't equal and left room for shaking/movement. The shipping box was a little damaged but that could have been done during transport. But the console works and is undamaged.Andrew
