Good Cabin Air Filter For 2012 Toyota Corolla
Air is indeed fresh after installation. Fits my 2012 Toyota Corolla 1.8 L 4-cylinder. The filter paper seems more thicker than the original Toyota one.

DO NOT BUY; these are used and repackaged filters
DO NOT BUY. As other reviews have already mentioned, these filters has random black particles all over them. seems that used filters are being repackaged and resold as new

2.00 out of 5 stars reviewVerified Purchaser06/29/2022Received product didn't look rightI used FRAM before, no issues. But this one I bought online, and the received filter by shipment was in distressed state, giving me an impression that the merchandise probably is not a genuine one. I returned it.TD

5.00 out of 5 stars reviewVerified Purchaser04/09/2021The air filterWe put it in the car where it belongs. When it gets dirty we will buy another one to replace it. That's how these things work. Pretty simple, not much to like or dislike except saving money doing it yourself.Jan

1.00 out of 5 stars reviewVerified Purchaser02/28/2021Used dirty cabin air filter sold as newI ordered this filter today, and to my surprise it got delivered a few hours later, but to my bigger surprise, they delivered a used filter to my house, this is upsetting and ridiculous. Look at the photos, dirty on both sides, and not slightly...nricardo

5.00 out of 5 stars reviewVerified Purchaser01/23/2021Pretty fair dealThe Toyota dealership wanted $33 for a cabin air filter. This one was $13 . They are simply not install. I would guess that this filter cost less than $5 to produce.jedagi

1.00 out of 5 stars reviewVerified Purchaser09/23/2020Truthful. Will not fit my Toyota Prius two.Does not fit a 2016 Toyota Prius. Will not fit into the air cabin filter plastic case. The Fram cabin air filter is at least 1/2 inch too long. It can't be forced in, too long. I will have to get a filter from the nearest dealer which is 80 miles one way. Don't buy the Fram cabin air filter unless you want to throw away $13.97.Derrell

5.00 out of 5 stars reviewVerified Purchaser10/12/2014Do this yourselfThe dealership I get my car serviced at did a whatever point inspection and wanted to charge me $50 to change this. It comes with instructions for installation and only costs $14. It took me all of 3 minutes to do. Same quality as factory. Don't buy the cheap ones you can find on ebay, they are not the same.BigDaddyDiesel

3.00 out of 5 stars reviewVerified Purchaser09/01/2014No better than cheaper fltrs at auto parts storesI was chasing down the common mildew, dirty gym socks smell from my a/c system and thought the carbon in this filter, which is labeled on the box as reducing odors, might take it out. No such luck. Auto parts stores' regular filters cost less. The fix for the stinky a/c turns out to be a very generous application of Lysol Disinfectant Spray or the cheaper Walmart equivalent sprayed into the hvac system intake(s) at the base of the windshield. Raise the hood to access and spray into the inlets with the a/c system on including compressor, highest blower speed, outside air, face outlets. Compressor is on because you want the evaporator's cold temp to condense the spray on it. Repeat procedure with max heat selected, also outside air, but compressor off. Now put down a thick towel on the passenger floor, switch to max a/c again but RECIRC and spray into the air intake (feel for the airflow) in the passenger's foot well. Wipe any liquid off the intake and run the system on the current setting for a long time to make sure no Lysol remains liquid to drip on your carpet. Keep the towel under the passenger's foot well under the intake for a few days. There are special "coil cleaners" if you want to try to remove the dirt that is on the evaporator, but access to the evaporator can be daunting on some cars. On my Lexus everything aft of the firewall must come out. Yikes!BlueRidgeRider

5.00 out of 5 stars reviewVerified Purchaser08/12/2014Great value! If you consider how much the dealer charges for a cabin filter, this one turns out to be a bargain. Installation on the Prius was a snap. I saved over $50.00 doing this myself.NCfrank
