This mop does not clean floors on command
I bought this mop to wash my floors. I brought it home, opened it up, and told it to get to mopping! Nothing happened. I decided to help it out by wetting it and adding soap. I set it back down, went and sat on the couch and watched tv for an hour, thinking it would work if I wasn't watching it. I went to check on it and still, nothing!!! I decided to try to train it, so I grabbed the mop and together, we did a real bang-up job on all the floors! I'll have to keep you updated on whether the mop decides to try a floor on its own next time, or if it will need more training. So only buy this mop if you don't mind doing all the work while the mop just lays there limp in your hands!

5.00 out of 5 stars reviewVerified Purchaser07/17/2022Tornado twist mopIs the best. My absolute favorite mop. Not too skinny or fat. Isn't heavy or clumsy feeling .. it's great. Love not having to get my hands wet !!! And it gives it a good tight ringKamberlee

3.00 out of 5 stars reviewVerified Purchaser06/23/2022Needs Work.It mops good, but it doesn't wring out enough; it's still soaked (to the point of dripping) when mopping. Also, after it's wrung out to be stored, the mop doesn't extend and stay, it keeps falling back down, and that makes the mop not dry out as quick.Sam

1.00 out of 5 stars reviewVerified Purchaser03/08/2022WORST MOP EVER!I made an account just to write this review. This is the WORST mop I have ever used. The "Tornado" mechanism used to wring out the mop head is HORRIBLE. The mophead gets tangled because it's a mop, then only half of the mop gets wringed out so you're left with half the mophead soaking wet. PLUS the mopheaf is connected to the mechanism BY A ZIPTIE I SWEAR TO YOU. The one piece that needs to do the most work is literally held together by a zip tie. Well, it fell off of course. Now if I want to fix it I have to buy zipties and myself fiddle with a used mophead to fix it. Not worth a single dime. I will pay YOU to take it from me.Christopher

1.00 out of 5 stars reviewVerified Purchaser01/31/2022Dollar store mop works betterWorst mop ive ever used! I bought this because the o cedar mops were sold out. This mop head is completely twisted no matter what i do it just stays twisted in a ball which makes extremely difficult and frustrating to mop floors. It also takes an extreme amount of energy to even wring it. Its just completely useless to me. I've only had it a few weeks. If your thinking about it.. just spend an extra couple of dollars on the o cedar, it works wonderfully.Tiara79

5.00 out of 5 stars reviewVerified Purchaser12/10/2021Excellent product!I love my Libman mop! I'm not as young as I used to be, so anything that makes my life easier is a boon for me. I was raised using a string mop, but the wringing out was the hardest part. Not anymore! Thank you.DEBORAH

5.00 out of 5 stars reviewVerified Purchaser08/08/2021Mop away!My favorite mop for it least 15 years. One tip I learned recently is that the mop heads can be removed and washed in a machine, getting them cleaner and more sanitized than just soaking them. I buy it least 3 mop head replacements every year, and now may be able to cut back! This mop is sturdy, easy to use and wrong and does a great job on tile or wood flooring. Best parts: no wasteful pads, and the price is right.NewHavenGirl

5.00 out of 5 stars reviewVerified Purchaser07/24/2021Best mop for the price!!!I have used this mop for a few years now, I've gone through about 4 of them and I gotta say that's not because of anything wrong with the mop cause out of 4 only 1 had the wringing mechanism break on it and that was because of a heavy handed person. The others I went through and replaced only cause in my home we mop every day and after a long while the mop just doesn't clean as good as it used to, it still does great don't get me wrong but I have 3 boys and 3 dogs so after awhile I just replace them to keep it fresh. I would definitely highly recommend this mop!!! I still have one more but I just purchased the O Cedar spin mop so we'll see how that goes but I'll still keep this trusted mop on hand!!mamawanda

5.00 out of 5 stars reviewVerified Purchaser07/19/2021Great productI love these mops. They not only do a great job with cleaning the floors, you can take the mop head off and wash them. It makes them much more economical than the throw away mop padsrichard

2.00 out of 5 stars reviewVerified Purchaser03/07/2021Awkward and heavy when wetI think the one I bought is defective, as the mop does not click into place when attempting to use this thing to mop a floor. I have used it twice, and the mop head is already falling apart. I have bought many Libman products over the years, but this item is not at all of the quality I expect from this brand. Very disappointed in this mop.drlynn58

5.00 out of 5 stars reviewVerified Purchaser07/18/2020Quality!When you own a cleaning business, you try a lot of products. After I tried this, I stayed with this mop! Keep the pole because refills mop heads at Walmart are only $6. TIP: If you air dry it a.s.a.p. it won't smell and it will last you for 6 months.unhappy

2.00 out of 5 stars reviewVerified Purchaser04/23/2019Terrible mopWe use this mop a lot due to a potty training puppy. Mop seemed like a great idea at first, but definitely has serious design flaws. The mop head strands have a tendency to get caught in the ringer. The ringer also cracked the first week we got it. The mop head is attached using a plastic clip through a notch in the metal mop handle. The handle has started to rust. Would not recommend.Jo
