The Cottage I received appeared to have been opened previously. Unfortunately, I did not notice the base was cracked until I spent three hours putting it together. I tried to return the damaged item and was given the option to send it back or receive partial credit. When I suggested that would be impossible to take it apart and send it back and asked for my call to be escalated, I agreed to a full refund and they would pick it up. But today I have no follow up to confirmation. The cottage was hard to put together because it is plastic and you need to use force to insert screws. The photo below show where base was damaged right where door is installed.

In messed up box. Missing stickers
Messed up box sent to be again. Not the first time. Item missing stuff, again. It has no stickers. Which isn't that big of a deal but now I have to get the company to send me some. At least this item has the screws unlike the last item. Walmart is really sucking on quality control!

Neat Tidy Cottage
Our son loves it and play in almost each day. He just turned 2 and it's perfect for his age. I wish the door/opening was a little wider so it's easier to get in and out when he wants me in there. It was pretty easy to put together. I definitely recommend having a drill and not just using a screwdriver.

Very timely delivery after on-line ordering and easy assembly. Perfect birthday gift/outdoor playhouse for granddaughter who already loved playing in our backyard playhouse, a much earlier version of same Step 2 Neat and Tidy! Ours has weathered many seasons as well as many kids with about 12 years in our backyard and prior maybe 4-6 years at a friends! Great materials; long lasting! Very satisfied with purchase and decent pricing!

Adorable
I bought the Step2 Neat and Tidy Pink Cottage Playhouse for my Granddaughters first birthday. She absolutely loves it. Great quality. It has a mail slot, door bell, outdoor grill, sink and a little bench. I like that it has a bottom to it. She spends so much time in it. Highly recommend.

Worth it!
Easy to assemble and simple fun! My twins love playing peekaboo with the windows and ringing the doorbell. I like that they get to use their imaginations. It doesn't take up a lot of yard space, but is a big part of play time!

Easy peazy!
It's actually pretty easy to set up. I recommend using your own tools and not the ones provided. Took us less than an hour to have it fully assembled. The detail the added to it is exceptional. And very durable. This ones going in our backyard because we don't have the room in our house. So we're really looking forward to it warming up so she can enjoy it a bit longer without freezing.

Love it!!
This playhouse was exactly what I wanted. No missing parts or broken ring bell everything was in excellent condition. My husband spend like one hour to assamble it and he used a drill or something like that. My 12 months baby loves the bell and likes to play with the phone, he goes inside and seems to enjoy his little cozy place. Size was exactly as described and it fixs perfect into his playroom. Happy baby happy mom!...I will definitely recommend this house from Walmart actually better price than other places!

Great purchase for grandson
I've researched prices at different places for similar products and this was recommended by a friend. My grandson just loves it. Four months and he still loves it. We cut a small piece of carpet for it and it stays in our livingroom. He uses it like his "safe" place to play and eat his snacks. Yes, it needs assembled, but it wasn't so bad. I would definitely recommend this for many hours of play.

Great for a 2yr old!

My 9 month old twins love this
Yes I know manufactures age does not recommended for 9 month olds but it seems like any STEP 1 product I've bought they grow out of too quick . Both babies are not yet able to walk but they can stand up and they hold onto the house , love ringing the doorbell and already know how to open the door and go inside . I'm big into having things available for my kids to further advance themselves and this is great. I know they will be playing with this playhouse for many years .. Well worth the money.
