Mop,normal, and self cleaning feature is amazing!
This vacuumed & mopped both my tiles and carpet perfectly in one run. It's amazing and i dont have to inhale all that dust from the regular robot vaccum because this one has self cleaning feature. This will definitely help my cleaning especially owning a pomsky (half Pomeranian and half husky). Im very happy with this purchase.

Do NOT buy!
Have yet to run this vacuum once without it stopping for some issue or another. The charging base that empties out the vacuum got clogged after the first use and we had the pull it apart to fix it. It will say it loses connectivity constantly. The vacuum itself now will not run for more than 2 minutes without saying "check the front bumper" and we have done troubleshooting and cannot fix it. Complete waste of money.

    Great value and reliable
    I don’t know why I waited so long to get one of these. Life changer for this busy mom. It will transfer from wood to tile to carpet with no problems. Does exactly as it says. I’ve been using this at least 2x a day. I have 2 kids, 2 dogs , and 4 cats so a lot of dirt and hair get tracked in. It has never fallen down my stairs. It has been caught up on a sock a few times but it shuts itself down right away. I’d say it hold a a charge for fair amount. I have about 1200 sq ft hardwood it cleans and tile in kitchen. Love the self empty but is a little loud when it goes onto the charge port but only last a few seconds. The brushes are pretty long so they get in hard to reach places. I like the edge cleaning first and then the automatic cleaning. And when the battery is getting low it just takes itself back home. I have not had this for very long, a few weeks but it’s a win for me and hope it last. It was a steal of a price for $88. I swooped one up real quick. Thought about buying another one eventually. A mop one sounds great to add to my house. The app is easy to use as well.

    If you have kids -
    If you have kids you know - There are tiny bits of food, and dirt everywhere…every day. So, Every day you have to sweep, or vacuum. What a relief to be able to gain some time back. This machine won't get in the deepest darkest corners, and you do have to pick up the toys yourself, but it definitely picks up all the crumbs, and sand in its path. I am having a drink watching it right now! I have also noticed it is able to transition between our rug, and the hardwood without getting stuck. I would say I could not be happier, but I actually am happier, because it can mop too! I put in some mild detergent and there was not a spot missed. It dried without streaks on our dark bamboo kitchen floors.

    Where has this been all my life!! I absolutely love everything about this vacuum and it saves me so much time from cleaning. I have OCD about things being in order and consistent and the way that this vacuums in perfect straight lines makes me so freakin happy! Zero complaints here. Buy it now you will thank me later :-)

    The vacuum picks up okay. The problem is that it keeps running over the same area multiple times and misses a large part of the floor. I looked for dust bags online and couldn't find any. Chatted with a rep and she said they should be available late February. She suggested emptying them and reusing. That would make a huge mess and be pretty gross.

    Strong mobility, but directional issues
    Like: Moves strongly over uneven surfaces; cliff sensor is accurate and effective; gets under kitchen cabinets well; voice alert that it needs to recharge; activates by remote. Dislike: Does not respond to directions on remote; has not yet found its own way back to the charging station; noisy on hard surfaces.

    ok, but not all it seems
    I was really excited about getting this for the price...but it's not as good of a deal as it seems. Vacuum does not resume where it stopped, when the battery is low and goes to recharge. If you start it manually once it charges, it will just start on the same spot all over again. It doesn't know where it left off and it won't go back there to continue. It also doesn't have any way to mark off spots that are off limits, or any border tape or anything like that. So if you have pet dishes, fragile items, or low things (like a scale or even wood hvac vents) then you can't have it avoid them. You gotta lift them up somewhere every time you turn it on. Otherwise it'll just drive all over them. It's spilled my cats water and food all over the place. Very annoying. Other than that it's ok. Fairly quiet, decently customizable, and does a good job picking up dust and hair and such. My only other complaint would be that even though the vacuum is decent quiet - when it docks and sucks up the container, it is CRAZY loud to the point that it terrifies me each time and I've run it quite a few times now. I wish I hadn't thrown the box out, I would probably return it.

    helps but not eleminate vacuuming
    this nifty little robot tries and tries but it some areas it does end up.. well short. First the good things, if you have meduim length to short carpet and live in a one floor home or apartment it will suit your needs. Suction is strong and can pick up dirt you didn't relize were there. for hard floors it use brush like arms t o help get in corners nice little tuch when the kiddos drop cereal on the floor. Auto return is nice when it works (more on that later). Now the things i didnt like or felt like could have been done better. Auto return for me has been a hit or miss. Last week It drove passed the dock station 4 times and died in my kitchen, station was about 20 feet away with no barrier in the way. Needs a way to identify areas you don't want it to go. this robot will do its job but as a humans we do tend to forget this robot will suck up what ever is in its way need somthing that you can put down so the vaccum know to stop and turn around. Zone cleaning, if there is a way i haven't found it yet. Would be really nice if i could just tap bed room and it goes to bed room vacuum and return back to dock. Lastly, i have a pretty big home this vacuum will work itself to delth. would be nice in app i could change what battery percentage i could make it go back home havent had it that long so some of the things i don't like could change. ill give it another month to give my long term review. For the price and functionality i would recommended.

    So far dependable and does what it is suppose to
    So far, we really like this unit. It does a great job transitioning from rugs to hard flooring. I like that it travels a straight path of back and forth versus random bump and turn. Only 2x it has gotten stuck and those were due to cords and me not marking sure the cords were out of the way. I haven't used all the bells and whistles yet but look forward to using those.

    Buyer Be Warned.
    Specifically bought this SmartClean V4 because it supposedly returns to docking to recharge on it's own. That wasn't the case because it would start to head back and freak out going all over the place with in a 5 ft radius of the docking station bouncing off everything. Called customer service and was told that they have been getting calls regarding just that and that it's a software issue. Was told that they are working on it but gave me no time frame for when they'll have an update to download. Submitted a complaint on website almost a week ago and no response. Returning to Walmart and won't be buy from this company again.
