Amazing product and customer service

A lot of problems
There they a were a few problems. 1. A screw was eaten so it just went in a little bit. 2. The scooter never reached the 18 mph (I used the app at the beginning to set it up). It was between 14-15 max. 3. My work is around 3.5 miles away, in the middle of the road the scooter lost its speed and dropped to 10mph approximately, it stayed like that for a couple mins and then it was back to 14-15mph. I used for two days and every single time happened the same, like if it was overheated 4. The Bluetooth stopped working. 5. After go to work and come back, the battery was around 20% (it was approximately 7 miles) but I bought a scooter for 18miles.

    Bets scooter ever
    Beat scooter I have ever had. I would definitely buy this again. It goes up to 19 miles and I can ride it for 5 hours straight, I started riding this the at about 1 and I'm still not done best scooter ever I'm about to go ride to again.

    very happy so far!
    I Love this scooter, very speedy, the app is pretty user friendly, breaks work good battery life is pretty long lasting, the only part I would say is the front head light is low to the ground, you can see the ground however not very far and makes it a tad difficult to ride at night, I purchased a detachable rechargable light (500 lumes) and now can see about 400 feet in front of me, so if youre planning to use this while its light outside its perfect, if you plan to use in the night time i strongly reccomend purchasing an additional front light attachment.

    I did not use the USA my son but the times I have seen him use it I have noticed that it discharges quite quickly I would say that in 2 hours of continuous use it is already without battery. but it runs well and so far we haven't had any problems, it's pretty, it brings its little bundle to carry little things. it does not connect to bluetooth

    The problem is not walwart but isinwheel the scooter is good I like it but i have a problem with it and they are giving me a hard time about the warranty they said For this, we have contracted the engineer from the factory, he said the dashboard and controller might be faulty. And they provide 6 monthly warranty for the battery, dashboard, and controller, so we provide the same warranty to the customers. After checking, we found your order was purchased on October 31st, 2021, which is more than 8 months It has been that long and it was a Christmas gift last December and only used 7 months but there warranty states the dashboard has a 12 month warranty and still not replacing it And it is for that them not holding to there warranty I DONOT RECOMMEND THIS

    this scooter is it!! the look, the speed... the battery life is good so far I had it less than a week. shipping was fast cons: the charger block gets really hot when charging, either this charger is no good, or I need a stronger charger...the ride is only smooth if you're on smooth surfaces

    When i received the first one it did not¹ turn on right out the box and never worked correctly. After contacting the company thru emails. I got immediate responses they sent a return label and sent out another brand new scooter that worked... it was like night and day. I absolutely love it and have been using it to go to work really amazing. I will stick with this company and maybe upgrade next year.

    I would like to said the scooter it's very nice, you can get 18 speed limit, it's like the pictures said. In the future I would like to buy another one. Also they customer services are exceptional, if you have any questions or problem you can contact them, they always are there to help you. Five star to everything.
