helpful for older people who struggle and time sav
I love the convenience of extra time in my life with a clean house. I was able to run the roomba downstairs while I was outside shoveling our home and my mother in law's, take the roomba upstairs to charge while I shampooed our carpets downstairs and then run the roomba upstairs. After my husband saw how well it worked and the time it saved me we purchased one for his mother who struggles with standing a long time so she has a cleaning woman come every two weeks. She has a dog so the roomba helps her with the in between time.

Used, sold as new
I purchased the Roomba 670 at Walmart today on clearance. when i opened the box at home i found a unit full of dust in the rollers and collection bin. The iRobot app indicated that this was registered to another account, had 9 hours of use and 26 jobs. Nowhere on the box did it indicate that this was a used vacuum which ahould have an as-is sticker attached. it was sold as NEW. The item shoukd have been inspected at return or at least before being put on the shelf for sale. Now I have to drive back to Walmart. So annoyed!

    Try it, you'll like it.
    When iRobots first came out I scoffed. The looked cute and all but I could not imagine it going around and just doing its job without interruption. Then I started reading these reviews and Consumers and figured - 90 day money back guarantee (from Walmart, not iRobot) why not try it out. Now we have a small condo (870sq ft) so there are lots of things that need to be picked up before vacuuming. The notion of setting it up to clean without us saying so would not work. It would be swallowing socks or whatever. We learned two main lessons. Let your roomie do its thing. Let it go. Read a book or watch TV. It may be hurrying down the corridor away from you when you think it should have taken care of something right by your side. Let it go. Watch your program. It will come back. The other is that if you have pets clean it out about twice as often as the instructions say. Oh, a third warning. This saves a lot of work but it is not labor free. You need to empty the dust, clean the filter and clean out the brushes regularly. We are a couple in out 70s and really appreciate our roomie even if it pays no rent.

    Love my IRobot
    WalMart had this item at a great price around the holidays, so I always wanted to try one of these but thought they were too expensive. Well, I love this item! This lower cost model does a great job and can't imagine needing many more features than this model offers. It seems to find its way around my floors and over rugs. Treat yourself and get more time in your day!

    I am very impressed with this Roomba. My carpet and floors look great! It goes from carpet to floor to area rug with no problem. I've used it several times and it has not gotten stuck on anything. I got it to help with pet hair and once it is done, the tray is full of fur. It is so nice to have a clean looking carpet everyday... love this product!

    Works Great but LOUD!!!
    Works great but is very loud compared to our Ecovacs Deebot which I can barely hear when it's running. I literally had to stop the iRobot while I talked on the phone because it runs so loud that I couldn't hear. Other than that, it works like a dream but it doesn't do it quietly!

    Can not finish one job without help
    It got stuck a lot and I have to change the spot every time, it cant Find its base fast it needs more than 10 minutes to get it to the base .can not finish one job without help

    MO is awesome!
    Love this roomba. Easy to connect to my wifi and Alexa. I haven't had any trouble with it and it collects a lot of dirt that I cannot see in just 1 hour of vacuuming. Goes up our area rugs easily and has a long lasting battery, but I only run it for about 1 1/2 hours and it still over 70% battery left.
