Nothing refurbished, dirty scratched front and bac
Nothing refurbished about this phone. It would be rated a C or D grade trade in. How does a company sell phone with a deep 3" and multiple scratches in upper right and pawn it off as refurbished? At least they put the film on the screen to protect it from further damage. It was so bad you could see the scratches thru the dirty film screen. Company could care less said just take it to Walmart for a return. Wish I could give a 0

    The battery has to be replaced in phone they sent me a phone with 70% battery life on it when I reached out they wouldn't even refund me what it would cost to replace battery (They was sorry that happened)

    Battery sucks
    First review got deleted, basically the batter is not an apple battery and it's doing super fast, haven't been on the phone and charged it last night and it's alert below half… definitely about to send it back

    Worth it
    definitely worth it compared to other phones that cost $600, the camera is just as good as 11, works good, fast and reliable, but it comes with 85% battery capacity, It's refurbished so it makes sense, but for refurbished mine came packaged safely, with minor scratches. amos:lawrencejeezy

    Basically a brand new phone for half the price
    The phone I got is basically brand new. Checked the battery health as soon as I got it and it was at 90%. If you buy this phone brand new its like $600. If you buy it here you basically get a brand new phone for half. No damages to the phone. Works perfect. Definitely recommend. Mine even came with a screen protector on the phone

    Too many scratches
    Very poor quality. Received a crap one with too many scratches. I have bought many refurbished phones. All were good this one returned within 30 minutes

    Wouldn't recommend.
    Took about a week maybe a little longer to get here, said free 2 day delivery. Phone came in a box with no protection around it, one good toss could have broke it. Also, iPhone XS batteries need replaced at around 80% health and iPhone came with only 85% health left so now I'll need to replace the battery soon. I would have been better off buying new. Aside from that, it came in good condition (no cracks, few scratches.)
