Terrible Car mount!
Terrible car mount!. I purchased this car mount and when i attached it to the windshield the weight of my phone caused the mount to drop down even though i tightened the screw in the back as far as it would go and i still had this problem which was very annoying. For $25.00 i was expecting a good Cell Phone mount but got garbage instead. I am returning it right away!!

    Not good for Dashboard with no flat surface
    This is no good for your dashboard if it does not have flat surface. It might be adhesive defect which did not hold it for a day longer at my car's dashboard. I had to return this to store.

    A 5 Star Substitute!
    This item was actually not what I ordered, but was a substitution. And I'm really glad that happened because i love it! It has great features allowing you to adjust it, holding your phone securely, but also having an easy and quick release, and it extends further out than my old one which makes it easier for me to see my screen. It also, as part of the adjustments I mentioned, allows you to turn a knob and fold the arm down when you are not using it. And this thing has SUPER suction power to my windshield. It's definitely not going anywhere. My old one used to just randomly fall off. All in all, it's better in every way than the hand's free device I was replacing. I had no idea what I was missing till I got this.

    I was hopeful...hopes were dashed. Keep looking.
    Worked for a couple months and then the screw where the ball mount connects came apart and the whole thing stopped being stable. Tried to take back to Walmart in Kailua-Kona but they couldn't find one in stock to do a store credit. I would not recommend this brand...tough to use long term and even more difficult to return/exchange.

    I highly recommend this car phone holder I had bought one for my car about 3 yrs ago and I have moved it from one car to another being that I have exchanged my car that many times and it kept working super great for me until recently the head broke on me and now time to buy a new one. But I would not buy nothing different I'm buying me another one . I have bought one for my husbands truck and my daughters car. I recommended this to all my family and they all have one in their vihicles.. 5 stars for me....
