    DEFECTIVE
    When it arrived, the volume buttons did not work. We soon discovered other buttons actually controlled the volume, so there is definitely a technical glitch. And within 2 days of using them, one of the headphones just stopped working. This product is just failing on all levels and I want a refund.

    It does what I need it to, the wires are a bit wonky though setup is easy, chord management can be a bit tedious but overall its not entirely terrible

    Bad Humming Noise
    The product was easy to install to TV and PS4. But there was a bad humming noise when you played the game.
