Bad
The mice will not touch these bait traps. They have continued to build nests in my car engine and chew the wires. I have been unable to locate the blue pellets that they actually will eat

wanted the refill only. My mice won"t go in the trap. These blocks are very small. You cant get just the refills anywhere that I see. Not any great deal.

Remains to be seen how it works!
Too soon to know if it works well. I didn't like that it's a softer gooier substance than before and it's oblong instead of square so not well fitting in their trap. Do not understand why they changed it, the other worked great!

Video proof of 7 days, still alive.
Ok, so I have a surveillance cam hooked to my home surveillance DVR system, watching a paper plate in my attic 24/7, motion activated, as well as Infra red, sees in the dark. 7 days ago, I got this product. Put a block in the "Trap" plus 2 additional blocks on the paper plate. I have over 50 " events " recorded over 7 days. Had to put out more blocks. Since I know there is No Such Thing As 1 Mouse, I could originally see a bigger one and a smaller one, but in all those over 50 Events over 7 days, I never saw anymore than 1 at a time. I know Weird, Right ? So anyway, a few days ago, about day 3 or 4, I don't see the bigger one anymore ? Maybe Dead ? Maybe just doesn't like it. I also made the mistake of doing another paper plate in a different part of the attic, but without surveillance cam. Maybe the Big Boy is visiting that one. Any way, on day 7 I still have 6 Events Today, could be 1 little mouse, could be 6 little mice, ( they all look alike ? ) but they are still coming to the trough to eat. Also, NONE have set foot in the " Baited Trap " they do sniff, but they don't go in "The Trap" . I've done everything wearing gloves, so they don't smell my scent. May be because there is a non " Trap " block laying right next to it on the plate. Also, I've had 2 blocks Disappear, each time it was dragged off by the big guy, dragged off the plate, and a few hours later dragged out of the camera view. Maybe that's why Big Boy isn't coming back in view, he got Food To Go, outside the camera view. Remember I have INFRARED video of all this... 50 incidents over 7 days. When the original blocks got dragged off, I put more on the plate. I also wonder if they can see the infrared light of the cam, It looks like total darkness to me ( no window in attic ) but maybe they feel in the spotlight. Another observation, yeah after 7 days still getting them, at first they would come and run around like mad, now after 7 days, they kinda stagger in, eat a little and stagger off. Might be the stuff is finally working, or maybe they are not afraid anymore of something " NEW " In any event, if you have mice, this stuff isn't gonna kill them anytime soon. The manufacturer says Death in 3 to 4 days, I say Bull. I can tell you, they aren't in the living part of the house, just the attic, and there is nothing else to eat there. We could hear them running in the attic, that's why we bought this, and I will say, we hear no running anymore, but they are still alive, as I have video proof, 6 events still on day 7. Over 50 events over 7 days, so far. It obviously makes them sick, not so sure about death. I did some research, it's just Vitamin D3. Humans and animals need it but deadly to mice ?

    Can work
The pellets do work better, but they took it off the shelf because of pets and children. When I first put the whole poison down, it wasn't touched. When I crushed it with a hammer and put it on a piece of cardboard, the mice ate all of it and no more sightings. I guess they crawl away and die somewhere.

    I have 3 in action
I have 3 in action & don't have to worry about my squirrels & birds getting at the bait. I can see the mice are eating it the way the trap is designed & I can refill it. I have had 2 I found dead & assume they are killed by the bait station. I don't have cats or any other natural mouse hunter. I used traps to dangerous for other wild life so have feeding them all season. Must position so the mice feel comfortable & I do that. I don't have a bad mouse infestation & believe it is because of this system.
