Nice box- best choice for sure
This box suits our needs well. It fit nicely in a drawer and functions well. The finger ID Was easy to set up and offers multiple prints for more than one user or multiple fingers if you like. You do need to make sure you record the prints at the same angle for your mount. It is rather precise. When putting it in the drawer I could use the same angle that I programmed it in. I had to reprogram the prints. Though the unit provides a soft open, the lock makes a significant sound when unlatching. For me, I do not care about this. .

Don't buy
Safe appeared good and safe. Set up fingerprint and password. Had it for 3 month and was satisfied. Today my two year old daughter opened it with her print somehow. Luckily I heard the noise to prevent anything from happening. That this is possible is 110% unacceptable

    The finger print reader did nor work no matter haw many time I tried even lookin @ video to see if I was doing it correctly. To dangerous to risk that being faulty

    Works well looks good!
    Good quality. Easy set up. Saw a review on "any fingerprint will open it". If you properly set up the box it will only read the finger chosen. Believe me because i saw the review and tested it out. It works! I fit 3 mags plus my compact. The safe is a perfect fit for my side dresser as well.

    Perfect 2 Gun gun safe
    Wife and I had one of the Awesafe XL gun safes. When we outgrew the first one made perfect sense for us to add another and place it downstairs. We have had 0 issues with our Awesafe gun safes.

    Perfect Safe 5*
    I bought the XL version and I love it. I set up print identification, code and batteries in less than 10 minutes. The scanner works perfectly. Construction is solid and the blue light inside is bright enough that I can see what I'm grabbing in the dark. I'm also impressed with the padding inside the safe, it keeps everything quiet and safe from scuffs/scratches, yet thin enough to not take up extra space. Great value and totally worth it, you won't be disappointed!

    GREAT product disappointed with FREE GIFT OFFER
    fingerprint and biometric lock were easy to set up even for me. Easy to reset, I feel safe already. BEWARE OF FREE GIFT OFFER INSIDE. I tried to redeem and was told to give a good review take a snapshop and send it to awsafe to prove a good review was given then I WOULD HAVE TO PURCHASE MY OWN GIFT then AFTER CONFORMATION awsafe would refund via paypal/walmart.

    Biometric opens with anything
    Biometric lock sucks, registered index finger but can use my elbow or nose and it will open. I have tried deleting the fingerprints registered and factory reset but it will still open with anything touching the scanner. How can I return it?

    It was large enough for 2 guns. It's a little noisier then I had thought it would be but it's well made and the light is a nice touch. It was simple to set up. I'm glad I bought this one.
