Great for loss weight
This is just what I was expecting. I used this stepper machine for a month and found that I really loss 10 pounds. Very happy with this result. Solid enough and absolutely stable, that is great for the price. If you want to lose weight, I highly recommend it.

Ugh
When it arrived, the pedometer was broken. The display was broken, unsure if it was shipped broken or damaged in transit. I returned to Walmart store, awaiting a refund. Bummer. Will purchase another from different brand.

    Great !
    I just got today but very easy setup . I got it together and worked out on it first thing . For a beginner 7 minutes is rough, it definitely gives you a without . Only thing I found difficult was the arm bands. They was very hard to hold and I tried two different ways .

    This thing is a workout! Like climbing up a mountain! 100 steps takes a lot! Really sturdy and heavy machine! Only had a few days. Really fun. Would buy again!

    My working preference is to stand all day however my legs enjoy activity throughout the day. This mini stepper is perfect for providing a step in place activity to keep circulation and standing enjoyable. Please note, I am not a step counter but the product contains a step counter if desired.
