Unbelievable
I can't believe it actually works! I bought a tds meter before getting this filter that comes with their own tds meter and it's unbelievable. I thought that maybe their tds meter would be “modified” to always show a good number that's why I used my other meter and tap water was 203-219 but after filter it shows 0-1... I highly recommend getting this!!

ZW says buy a new filter...after less than a month
Horrible tasting water, filter life of less than a month, and customer service even worse than the taste of the water! Dawn from Zerowater is unable to explain to me why I have two pitchers filtering water from the same tap and one filter reads 006 and the other filter (two weeks newer) reads 136 and taste horrible. Claims the TDS in the tap water and the amount of water being filtered is the cause of the reading and taste.

    great product, but delivery needs work!!!
    the pitcher is wonderful, well worth it. but the delivery needs work. they won't let you know it was dropped off, like my pitcher was placed by my back door. couldn't open door and since i'm disabled, it wasn't retrieved until 2 days later. if they only would let you know!!!

    Great product but the duration for me was 2 weeks.
    I ordered on July 9 and since that day I use it everyday any moment for the reason I don't want to buy plastic. Instead, this my new method the get water. However I love it just one inconvenience and is only I enjoyed for 2 weeks the day Sunday through monday(24-25) I started feel a weird taste on my water I use the thing to see the levels and it was 009 when the recommendation is until 006. I understand the contamination is high but just 2 weeks? Is nothing and I like the product.

    Great tasting water
    After an extensive review my wife decided on purchasing the Ready-Pour Water Pitcher. It changed our city tap water, which had an order of chemicals, into pure drinking water. No taste at all. No chemicals. The pitcher fills up quickly and is easy to pour but heavy when filled. I noticed that after inserting the filter that it wouldn't seal tightly and leaked slightly. So I decided to rub olive oil over the filter gasket to see if that would make a tighter seal. That did the trick. No more leaks. This is now the only source for our drinking water. Very pleased with this product. I have already recommended this product to my friends. We've had this product for over a month.

    Very nice product, worth the money spent!
    This product was all I had hoped it to be. Having immune issues it has helped me some using this product. It purifies just great and holds a decent amount of finished purified water for use. Another reason I like this product, is the extra spout at the base of the handle. It only takes a cpl of minutes to purify more than half full of water, w/in the base purification completed. I would recommend this item for anyone w/immune issues. The water looks and tastes so crystal clear! I found out the water I drink comes from a pond! The water was from some type of filtration source. I was so amazed that this purifier actually got rid of the pond smell and taste from this water! The sourced water filtered from where I obtained the water already did a nice job for the most part. Until I noticed the pond water slight odor and taste from the Season of Spring settling in and w/in the water source. Normally that would settle what little particles would filter through the source filtration. None has passed through w/this Water Pitcher whatsoever! Thank you for making my small world a big difference! Yes, I would surely recommend this for a gift for anyone! Worth the value and money spent!     Does a good job
    Easy to use, excellent at removing TDS. I think the spout use some design improvement, I don't like that the 'flap' for pouring won't stay open when you use it. Otherwise, it's great!

    Love this pitcher
    The only reason this is not 5 stars is the spout at the base of the handle. I wish it were a flip instead of push button. This would make filling larger vessels like water bottles a lot simpler. When this is full it is early impossible for me to pick up and a flip spout would be easier.

    ZeroWater, the best water at your fingertips
    I really love my 12 cup ready ZeroWater. It is so easy to set up and use. I have never bought bottled water, you just don't know what is actually in those bottles, zero water is much safer to drink and I am doing my part for the environment, by helping to reduce all those disgusting plastic bottles. It was easy to order on the Walmart site and was delivered the next day, so I had it in my hands very quickly.

    Great except website was wrong on the contends!
    The unit works really well. However the contents on the web site was not correct. The web site said you were getting a container, meter reading device and three filters. It came with with only one filter. So I had to got to a walmart store and buy the other two filter. Maybe some should review the web site.
