Sturdy for a reasonable price
I first learned about bolsters when I went to Yin yoga/ Nidra classes. I bought this bolster in a soothing sage green color. It is so easy to use and supportive for poses that need to be held for longer period of time. I love stretching my back on this and now also use it for headstands (I'm still doing it against the wall since I'm not an expert yet.)

Sturdy for a reasonable price
I first learned about bolsters when I went to Yin yoga/ Nidra classes. I bought this bolster in a soothing sage green color. It is so easy to use and supportive for poses that need to be held for longer period of time. I love stretching my back on this and now also use it for headstands (I'm still doing it against the wall since I'm not an expert yet.)

    Perfect for what we need them.

    Great bolster for a great price.
    Perfectly functional bolster at a very reasonable price. It's the perfect size, shape, and density, comes in great colors, and has a removable, washable cover to boot. No problems here, just gentle, relaxing support!

    A yoga bolster can be an incredibly beneficial stress and pain relief tool when you learn a few Restorative poses to use it for! Hard to find them under $30 and the prices change on this one often, so just wait for the lowest price on the color you want and go for it!

    The perfect size bolster
    This was my second attempt at a bolster and thankfully this one was a keeper. It's made of quality materials (not just a block of foam like my first purchase from amazon). Worth the money, handles on the sides, perfect for restorative yoga along with some blocks.

    We got a new couch and my wife does not like it (she is short) We put this behind her back and she is comfortable. She also uses it for Yoga. SHE loves it! ( and it is her favorite color...PURPLE!)
