It was very cheap but it seems sturdy. I bought it for school as the previous purchased at school broke. My child used it for few lessons he likes it.

    Durable, good sound, and inexpensive
    I play a native American flute. I like the way these sound. By covering up the two top holes this makes a flute very similar to the Native American flute. I used scotch tape and some leather strapping to accomplish this for my three grand kids.

    Use these in my 4th grade recorder class. Durable, easy to clean, and kids love them! NO PROBLEM with them and have been using for our recorder unit for the past 4 years! DEFINITELY recommend!!
