Apple Switcher Convinced
I have been a devoted Mac user for the last 20 years. I needed another laptop so that I could pass mine down to my wife whose elderly imac was on its last legs. I was eagerly awaiting an update to the macbook pros - heavy on the expectation and very little delivered. Then I saw the price tag and was doubly insulted by both the price and the specs they delivered with it. I then decided to switch fully in protest. Since having the wonderful XPS 13, I have been pleasantly surprised with how well it works especially the trackpad. I find I don't have mac trackpad envy since it works so well. I love using my new Windows 10 tools to teach in my classroom.

Blank screen, no reboot, will not power off.
Was doing pretty good until monitor, laptop and external, went blank and computer refused to reboot or turn off even when I held the on/off button down for long periods of time many times. Gave up last night and contacted support this morning and arranged a fix/return. So, just for fun I held the on/off button down for over ten seconds just now just for fun, and you guessed it, it booted. However, how long should I trust it now?

    Cheap Wireless Card
The XPS 13 is a frustrating laptop in that it is nearly perfect - build quality is great, keyboard feels good, it's lightweight and the screen is excellent - but nearly ruined by the cheap, error-prone wireless card. This is the flagship line for Dell and yet they insist on using the Killer wireless adapter that they have known for four years has major issues. It took me three days and three different routers to setup and use this device because this particular wireless adapter has the uncanny ability to nuke nearly every wifi network it connects to. This would be a five-star laptop if Dell would stop making the same stupid mistake over and over.

Please leave me to finish set up first
I am trying to set my computer up. It is a nightmare. And now I can't release my backup disk because I can't stop your ""Tell Dell about your experience" obscuring the icon that lets me remove it safely. I will be contacting Dell with the list of things I can't make work after I have finished the basic setup.

Dell XPS 13 9360 still has coil whine
This is my third XPS (the other two were the previous model with the 6th gen processor) and the laptop is great on all fronts except one - it still has coil whine/interference noise which is a very common issue and has still not been resolved. It's disappointing that it's still not been resolved - Google it for more info or view the Youtube videos.

    Excellent display
This is the only PC enjoying this roomy screen with this small footprint. I often switch to full screem mode on Chrome to make the most out of this Infinity Display, which is amazing. To be honest I want to see 16:10 screen aspect retio for next gen XPS because most contents out there are portrait such as webs and documents with big fat toolbars covering over them. Now I set my taskbar auto-hide and often snap windows side by side to utilize the screen width, nevertheless still miss some vertical screen estate. Also it would be perfect if the right side of the keyboard gets a little wider. (Please take foreign languages into account) Regards

    Awesome machine!
This XPS 13 i7 16GB 512GB ssd QHD is an awesome machine. I had some reservations with people complaining about their XPS machines being noisy, well mine is dead quiet and super fast, just as quiet as my late 2013 MacBook Pro 13. I do have minor issues with Windows not starting the way I'm used with MacOS Sierra but hey it does the Microsoft thing. Hopefully that will be ironed out. I'm very happy with my choice over upgading to the next MacBook, which in my opinion is lacking in the tech department. The option of having a touch screen opposed to have a touch bar for me is a no brainer, I made the right decision for me.

overall great device. little software issues
so overall 5* as the device is overall the best laptop I had so far, but some software issues would make it even better, like if screensaver starts, also the wifi disconnects (and there is no way to change that in any settings) or that if you close the lid, sometimes it doesnt go to sleep but still runs and gets hot in the bag.

    Really well made laptop
This was my 1st upgrade in a long time, i needed small laptop that could fit in my bag. When i 1st ordered it i was really worried if the laptop would be bulky but once i got it was so slim and the slimness didnt affect the performance which was another bonus on top, overral im really happy with the laptop. If I had any complaints the only one would be that the keyboard is a figerprint magnet, but thats not really that important when your using the laptop as youll be too focused using the laptop performance which feels smooth like butter.

    Greatest laptop I've owned
The finish of this piece is just amazing, the metal body feels great. I've gotten myself the i5-7200u, Full-HD version which packs enough power for any laptop task (I've used it for office, virtualization and programming tasks) and the Full HD screen is by far enough pixels on a 13" screen (you have to look really close to notice them). The battery life is just astounding, I usually get around 12 hours of ontime when browsing/reading documents and 6-8 hours under medium-load use. The only bad thing I could find about this ultrabook up until now is that the laptop is quite hard to open, a bit like a clam. But I got used to it.
