I like this a lot.
This is great for stretching and to replace hand weights. Very firm and strong. I had to do a physical therapy for back pain and I took it to show my physical therapist and she said it was a good one. To be honest, I liked it because of the pretty red color. Priced right.

Good Bands for Exercise!!
My Bands arrived today! The large Green one (close to 2") I will be giving away! It is more for a Body Builder because it is Super Strong!! The Red one (half inch) is too Thin, but I can use it. The Black one (almost an inch) is Wider than the Red and a decent size. The Purple (1-1/4) one has the Better width and is okay. Thankfully, mine has NO Smell!!

    Exactly what I was looking for!
    This band works great! It feels very reliable and it has helped me train my pull-ups! I looped the band around my pull-up bar and was able to use it to do a few reps- which is a huge deal for me! Going to be buying it in several different weights to assist in my ultimate goal be able to do pull-ups without bands! Love it!

    Pleasantly surprised
    I have been frustrated with myself because I have been trying, for the longest time, to perform a muscle up (a pull up where you pull your upper body over the bar and lock out your arms), but have been unsuccessful. With these pull up assist bands, I can do them and plan to continue training until I no longer need their assistance.

    Staying safe
    Great product have the full set of XPRT fitness bands they're very durable and easy to use. I've been able to stay in shape this past year without being able to make it to the gym with the help of incorporating these resistance band into my home workout routine. Definitely recommend and also great to use when traveling.

    Versatile, Portable, Affordable
    I bought these 3 months ago and they've held up very well. They're versatile and convenient. I actually ended up losing weight over Thanksgiving thanks to these bands a set of adjustable dumbbells I brought on my drive home. I find myself coming back to this company because their products are affordable and reliable. I also bought the 20-24-30 pylo box at the same which has held up nicely, albeit to less frequent use.

    So far they are great. Worth the money. They may smell a little strong as I have read other reviews claimed but it fades. What would you expect? Ever buy new tires? Is the smell a factor then?

    5 Stars for price and quality. The price is the best online. The quality does compete with more expensive bands since these are good rubber. This set includes four basic bands therefore i bought two to get a set I can use for both arms or legs as needed.. Also you can combine bands to suit your needs. Cheers

    Amazing
    This product got me through quarantine caused by COVID-19. It helped me increase my pull ups and it helped restore mobility in my shoulders. My rear delts have never felt better and its all because of the resistance band. Definitely recommend to anyone from novices to experienced lifters.
