The Wine Rack
The product arrived at my home very quickly and all was in order. As I only wanted four rather than 9 holders on the wall where I intend to use it, I cut the stem about an inch or two below the fourth wine holder and cut an additional hole in the step so it would be secure when screwed into the wall. To my surprise the metal was solid--not hollow. Using a friend's grinder we smoothed the cut ends and primed and painted the area that was cut. It looks brand new and now I have two racks to use! I am delighted that the metal stem is solid. The product is very sturdy. Please understand that if you opt to modify the rack as i did, the seller will not honor the product guarantee. That should not be a problem as the product is very sturdy and the costs are quite reasonable. I am delighted with this product and can't wait to return to our mountain home to install it!

Nice wine rack
I bought this wine rack for g gift for my daughter, I bought two of them for her. I like the wine racks, however when they came the packaging was torn and taped back together. Not sure but it could have been from the shipper. When I opened it one of the racks was bent and the paint chipped off. When I contacted customer service they were very prompt to replace this item. I hope that just because it was bent, it will still hold up when holding full bottles of wine.

    Very happy with this purchase
    Days after I purchased it, it was on my doorstep. It arrived quickly and was very easy to hang. I love it, its simple yet elegant. It looks a bit weird without bottles on it but with the bottles it's just what I was looking for to fill the bare wall in my kitchen.

    Exactly what we were looking for!
    We bought this wine rack for our dining room. It was exactly what we were looking for. It was extremely easy to hang and is very sleek, modern, and attractive. We've only had it fully stocked once, so I can't really attest to how it holds up under full weight of bottles, but so far so good. I would say on average we usually have about 3-4 bottles on it. Love this wine rack!

    Ideal Design
    We were also just looking for one about half this size , but for the low price decided to buy it , cut it in two , and double the storage . One half for oils , the other for syrups . It looks and fits perfectly for us. Would recommend this product and hayneedle .

    look great and perfect for what I needed
    Bought these because I needed the wine to be up so when my bulldog played and he is like a tank all the wine wouldn't spill and break if it was in a stand on the floor. They were easy to put up and look great in my home. The only thing is some of the rectangles were bent, we 're bent them so they are better and you cant tell because a bottle is in there. It wasn't badly bent and was fixable.

    Interesting wine display!
    Love this nontraditional wine display. It's practical because it not only stores the wine but is great to look at as well. The product arrived quickly, requires no assembly and seems easy to hang. However, i would recommend a reliable and sturdy hanging device to ensure that the weight of the wine bottles is secure

    Great for space and price!
    Love it!! But you must hang it to wall where there is a stud. Very heavy with bottles. If you don't have a stud you could try with anchors but I think you could hear it crashing down in the middle of the night??? It has two screw holes down the center bar. We lucked out with stud where we wanted to hang it.
