Just Okay
Had never tried this brand but purchased based on the wonderful reviews which, after re-reading, wonder if they're genuine. I thought this was a good value for the money and okay but nothing to write home about. I much prefer Safe Catch Wild Sardines which cost more but now I know why.

    Love these little fishes
    The best tasting sardines I have ever eaten. Plump, firm and nice sized fish. No strong fishy smell or taste. Has a clean taste. Love them with mustard and a dill pickle. Swanson has the best price around.

    Absolutely Delicious: Love That It's In Water...
    This is very delicious. I'm not a fan of anything fishy so this is a winner for me., because its does not smell fishy or taste fishy-hence there's no lingering fishy aftertaste in my mouth, after consuming it. It's also tasty straight out of the can-I don't have to add lemon juice, lime juice, black pepper or anything to it. But wait, I'm not done yet--It has the perfect amount of "healthy salt", High in Omega 3 Fatty Acids which is important for our health, and I love the fact that it's in water and not oil. I wish they had larger cans and wishwas available the 6pk or more was available in store. I'll continue to buy this particular brand! Highly Recommend!

    VERY GOOD FLAVOR
    These sardines had a very palatable flavor. Did not have the strong fishy smell or taste as most sardines have. They are canned in water which is something you don't often find in the super markets.
