He loves it!
This parrot food is the only kind my African Grey will eat. He is very fussy! If there was anything wrong or off about it, he would not eat it, but it appears and smells as it should be - fresh and with no bugs.. Yay!

    Needs to be cleaned before packaging

    Stale food - parrots won't eat
    I normally buy Higgins but decided to give this brand a try. Higgins is human grade grains, seeds and nuts and it smells good and taste good. Yes, I have tasted Higgins parrot food. The first thing I noticed when opening this bag was the smell. Not a fresh smell but quite stale. I even sampled a small amount and it reminded me of crackers I had tasted once that had in the cabinet that were 2 years old. None of my 5 parrots will touch this food. In fact, two of them went to the opposite side of the cage and they are hearty eaters. I should have stuck with a known brand. This will be going in the trash

    Good dry food bird diet mix.
    My African Grey parrot is a picky eater. I use this food to supplement and satisfy her love for seed diet. Overall a good product and I have purchased it several times.
