A lot of BANG for the bucks.
I wanted an incline/decline bench and this was the only one available and it was on sale. It was a straight forward assembly. My favorite part is that if you pull out the pin it declines about another inch and gives you another angle of difficulty or degree of work out. Its subtle but very effective. It is not commercial gym quality but it expands the range of possibilities and it is pretty solid. It is a lot of bang for the buck. For decline exercises make sure you get your feet locked in behind the foot pegs or you will slide off. The decline is so steep you will not only slide off but you will also pick up speed doing so. The pin can be tricky at first when changing angles and will waste time when trying to work with zero rest between sets. The good news is you will get better with time and use. The one thing I do not like is the seat is at a fixed angle. It is perfect for incline or decline angles but awkward for an upright angle where you would be using it for military presses and other exercises that require a sitting position. I basically straddle it but for the price it is not a deal breaker. It is very comfortable. I give it 5 out of 5 stars.

Wobbly loose NOT WORTH THE MONEY
Save your money and spend it on a quality bench. The bench is so incredibly wobbly it's impossible to do any workout let alone sit on it without it tipping over. This is by far the worst purchase I've made!

    Affordable and Durable
First off, I received this 5 days before the delivery day quoted in the confirmation; which is awesome. Super easy to put together and took about 40 minutes to complete. Feel sturdy and looks good. I purchased the Weider select a way dumb bells before I bought a bench and was looking to find something somewhat inexpensive. This is both that and feels like it will last. I would recommend this bench for your home gym needs. If you are a gym snob and have certain preference, then this may not be for you. However if you are a regular Joe like myself, this fits the bill.

    Slant Bench
I am very happy with this bench. It is exactly as shown and advertised. I'm using it to do difficult or extended sit ups to increase muscle in my abdomen and core. I would recommend this to anyone who wants to use a small bench for light workout, or as I'm using it which is as a great stretch, core, and back workout. I'm very small woman, so there's no "bro-science" on this bench.

    Waste of time and money
I already reviewed this item once and it was negative and appears to have been deleted. This bench broke a weld the very first time I used it. I weigh 180, I was only lifting 40 pounds total on a warm up set when the thing snapped and tilted to the right dumping me on the ground. Extremely disappointed with the time I wasted putting this thing together, having to take it apart, all for nothing. Let's see if this review is deleted as well.

    For small females
Impulse decision on reviews and price, I selected this bench. I purchased mainly for dumbell and ab workouts. While it does do the job, I am only a 5'5" male and it is even a little small for me but I am making do. This is a sturdy bench. I just would have been better off punching a normal size bench. Should have read the reviews a little closer.

Great bench at a great price
The bench arrived in store on tbd date promised, it was easy to put together and is very functional. I am short so this bench is perfect but if you are tall or you weigh more than 175, this bench will be too small and too flimsy for proper use.

    Awesome bench
Works well, i like most of the settings and various workouts, and the only flaw is that the seat to sit on is kind of at an angle which makes shoulder work outs a little tough. All in all definitely worth the money and its great quality. Also be aware it requires a few handy tools.. 2 small asjustable wrenches and a screwdriver

design flaw, not good or adult size!!
For some reasons that I have not been able to figure it out yet the part that holds your leg during sit-ups, causes too much pressure on back of the knees!! Even the cushined parts are small and pinch your skin! Specially when you use in slang positon it hurts more! I only recommend this for teens with medium build and weight.
