Sturdy, Portable, Convenient AM/FM Radio!
I bought this radio for daily use at work. I chose this model for the portability and bonus emergency features...just in case! It's perfect for my needs. It's a convenient size & fits perfectly in my durable shoulder strap bag I use for work. It's color makes it easily visible in my work environment. I am able to use rechargable batteries rather than search for an available electrical socket at work, which are usually being utilized! I love having the battery backup for charging my phone should the power ever be out. Radio stations are easily received...a great purchase for my needs!

Retro junk. Don't buy.
Retro junk. This radio features 1960s technology and is based upon designs that were popular then. The radio utilizes inaccurate rotary tuners, the reception is poor, the sound quality is poor as it utilizes one 2-in speaker, just like my 1960s transistor radio did. Don't buy. I am returning this item next week.

    Very cute, SUPER packed with cool add-ons!
    I got this radio as a gift and was not sure if it would even work (I haven't owned a radio outside of my own car in years) but I was really excited because the color, style and design remind me a lot of the radio from Studio Ghibli's Kiki's Delivery Service. I just opened it and put some rechargeable batteries in to test the reception & clarity with battery and then plugged it in to compare. This is a lovely little gadget, the flashlight is really bright blue light and I didn't realize the solar panel for recharging also had a ground lamp that is also super bright! Outside of Cincinnati, the reception for all of my favorite FM channels is surprisingly clear, and although there isn't a digital station seeking screen, if you know *roughly* what your station is, the channel flipping is relatively easy and I'm not getting a lot of cross-channel fuzz or noise. I really appreciate this product as a gift, and I would recommend it to anyone who likes having some music and useful charging and lights without wires or data or Bluetooth, it's kind of a nice low-maintenance analog solution if you like radio! I will be keeping this little thing with me for camping, picnics, and just hanging around listening to NPR.

    Great product!
    I bought it for the storm/hurricane but didn't have to use it at that moment! But crazy things happened there's was a power outage in my neighborhood for couple hours and came on really handy all the features were great!

    I bought it this morning and have tried all the features and get good signal in places I could not before. We had a tornado touch down 3 miles from my home a last week, and my scanner on my phone failed during that time so I had nothing reliable. Having been a long time volunteer in the past for Red Cross, I am used to being prepared and now I am prepared again.

    WeatherX Radio Just In Time
    I just received my WeatherX radio via FedEx. I know it was scheduled for delivery today; however, I wasn't sure I'd get the radio in time to use it in the event of a power outage. We're having a thunder storm right now in River Ridge, in New Orleans proper and surrounding parishes. The radio is very pretty. Well made. Great price of $25.99. I plugged it in to wall outlet to charge. So happy to have it.

    Great Radio to have in an Emergency
    Got this several weeks ago! Had never owned one like it before. It is so well built! Better than I had even expected. I love the fact that I can use AC or DC! I can even charge with the solar panel attached to unit, or I can just use the crank for a minute and enjoy the music. Great sound, and don't forget the flashlight mode. This unit does everything but make you breakfast!! It even has a Siren built in!! It is very compact and takes up little space. The best part is the Weather Band..... I recommend this fantastic product to anyone!!

    Poor design and quality
    I ordered 2 as gifts but returned them. Usb charging only works if the radio in plugged in to wall ac adapter or if you are cranking the handle which I stopped after one minute due hand crank bearing sounded like they were going to break. Solar panel does not charge even in full direct sunlight. Radio reception poor all 3 bands. Lights work ok. Siren is a joke. Thermometer is glass red mercury type like I remember from 1950s calendars.
