I did not like like it
we had a shower waterfloss and I felt guilty of wasting water under the shower, so i bought this waterpik. the water comes out in bursts that makes it very difficult to feel where the tip is placed (i do it by feeling, not looking). also if you tilt the device to reach difficult areas of the mouth and the reservoir is 1/2 or less then it stops shooting water bc the end that takes the water is out of the water, mot sure i am clear... i mean to use the full reservoir you have to hold it upright.

    Liked it at first....
    Originally I loved this but after a couple weeks I realized the water reservoir wasn't big enough for me. Also any tip I used kept popping off for no reason. Sent it back. Bought the plug in waterpic model.

    I bought this about 2 months ago after my dental cleaning. My teeth still feel clean. I'm able to get in shower and use my water pik which doesn't leave a mess

    Works great!
    I bought this model because I heard that it can make a mess around your sink, and also because I didn't want to take up a lot of counter space that I didn't have. I planned to use it in the shower, and did the first time. But since then, I tried it at the sink, and it really isn't messy as long as you keep your lips mostly closed. I do need to refill the reservoir one time to make it through all my mouth. So far, I really like it!

    This product is NOT WORTH any $$$.
    Incredibly dissatisfied with this product. My dentist commented on how poor the pressure was, and the fact that I bought it for a problem, it's not being treated as stated. What bothers me the most is that WaterPik won't stand behind the product and take it back towards another unit that is stronger, and not cordless. What an incredible waste of money. I'm so disappointed. Maybe JET will do something.
