the ebb program DONT WORK WITH THIS PHONE
the ebb program to get free minutes the red pocket sims cards dose not work with this phone says sims card is locked so i dont know why they even show the ebb program with this phone

    Waste of money
    I bought this phone 3 months ago, and I'm already replacing it. It cannot play simple games without freezing up after a short period and the camera is horrible (seriously the worst I've ever used).

    how can I rerurn the phone. ?
    the phone is Great but it doesnt work with my buget. i am still waiting on how to return it. the 1st went back no problems. if I find a ride to walmart, I will try again.

    This phone is so slow. I have to tap most times more than once to open a photo, app, or to even.click on a link. The battery life is terrible and the phon freezes when it's on rotate mode. I don't know, maybe I just unfortunately bought the "one" in the one in a million defective phones. I am so dissatisfied

    DO NOT BUY THIS PHONE IT IS TRASH. IT DOES STUFF LIKE SWITCHBACK AND FORTH FROM ONE SCREEN TO ANOTHER. WHILE NO ONE IS TOUCHING IT. IT MAKES CONFERENCES CALLS WHILE YOU ON THE PHONE. ITS IS THE WORSE PHONE I HAVE EVER HAD. I WABT MY MONEY BACK. YOU CAN HAVE THIS PHONE.

    I was wanting an Apple phone. Too expensive on the family plan Samsung has a way of dominating your storage. I do not have a place for an SD card which is a negative.

    WORKS AMAZING
    Phone is awesome. I'm not happy overall with the speed of it. However you pay for what you get and this phone isn't an expensive one. For a simple phone it's great. Works wonders. I just wish it were 5G. Sadly it's only LTE up to 3G in my area. I would definitely recommend this phone though for anyone looking for a simple inexpensive upgrade.

    What the heck Walmart?!
    I had ordered this for my son for Christmas, we all have family mobile and I wanted to get him a newer phone, this one was perfect.. well.. the phone is, the simplicity of having service turned on and activating it wasn't, tried to do it on the phone, then was told to go to store, went to store then was told we'd have to take store credit and get a different phone??!! What the heck is that crap.... I've ordered a few phones over the last few years with no issue with activating.. this is ridiculous, especially with trying to stay out of the stores with COVID on the rise again.. SO FRUSTRATING
