Save money on your phone bill.
I've had Family Mobile for about 6 years now. We have two line active lines. I can't believe I was stuck with contracts in the past. Paid hundreds of dollars a month for nothing! I get the same thing for MUCH less and no extra fees or price increase. I do not call customer service. I try to do everything online. If your looking for something other than a phone contract, this is a good option.

Literally the worst cell service I've ever had
Chose to use Walmart family wireless because of the unlimited everything and high hotspot data options, and found it to be BY FAR the worst cell service I have ever experienced. Even with multiple “bars” of service nothing will load, sites crash saying the service is too spotty or unstable, and hotspot is worthless. I have switched phones 3 times thinking it was just a cheap phone, nothing changed at all. The service is just completely worthless. I should have assumed with it being T-Mobile as and a Walmart sponsored product. I will be switching today.

    The second pin expires 7 days from using the first pin. Read the very very small print, otherwise you'll end up throwing your money away. This unfortunately happened to me.
