Fantastic plan. I never run out of data!
I've been a Walmart Family Mobile customer for a few years now, and the service never disappoints. The unlimited plan is a steal for $50! The 30gb of hotspot is great for streaming, playing games and downloading music. I never run out of data and calling international plus HD streaming are excellent features.

    absolute worst
    randomly dropped me off my account and couldn't figure out why, bought a card and added myself back then they did it again 2 weeks later. now they won't let me port my number and have no record of me anywhere.

    Just purchase card in store.
    I have had a horriable time trying to add this to my phone because I purcased early do to my data slowing down. paid for 2 of them Walmart only emailed me that it was added to my plan. My phone is working but my data is still only running 2G. Never again

    Awful
    6 mbps and 0 mbps do not equate to high speed internet. If I restart my phone I get kicked off of the internet completely and have to call, take up 45 minutes to finally get back on line. Just from a simple restart.

    Too Much Hassle to Transfer Phone Number
    Been trying for over 3 hours to get old phone number transferred over. Have talked to at least 6 people, been transferred at least 4 times, and currently on hold for the umpteenth time. Still no resolution. Everything in their system shows that the number is transferred, except when I use the phone.
