Lacking durability
Bought this sprayer to paint a large house. Didn't even get 5 gallons of paint through it and the spray tip literally blew apart. Of course no one stocks the dual spray pattern tip so I have to use the standard tip. Also the seal just above the filter on the suction tube leaks so the last 2" of paint won't come out. Will redo my review if Wagner stands behind any of this. Frustrating because the sprayer does a nice job when it's working.

    Frustrated Painter
I am a seasonal painter, I bought my first ProCoat sprayer in the summer of '11, at first I was very pleased with this model but disappointed that the spray guard assembly is the same for all Wagner models. Some of the positive things I like are 1. the cart that is upright and drawing paint straight from the bucket, 2. its easy to move around at the job site, 3. easy to clean up. On the negative side the spray tip drips constantly, if you try to tighten more it will break. I began this summer ('12) with it and the sprayer/primer knob didn't work properly, so I returned it. Unfortunately, I used the new one for only a week and I had the same issue with the spray tip assembly leaking. I think/hope that Wagner will consider redesigning the spray tip assembly. I would like to talk to the engineers at wagner to further talk about this matter.
