Arrived badly damaged; poor customer service
The bike we received arrived with large visible damages and did not appear to be new or even in sellable condition. Upon contacting the seller, they offered me a very minimal partial refund and suggested that I visit a craft store to get touch up paint for my son's NEW bicycle. The instructions were incorrect/difficult to follow because the bike we received had already been partially assembled.

    ABSOLUTLEY LOVE THIS BIKE
    I am in love with this bike! My little boy absolutely LOVES IT! He is 3 years old and is constantly on it! It is the perfect size for him! He couldn't wait for his daddy to put it together! I recommend this bike for every little toddler that loves the outdoors and loves to ride!!! I would leave 10 stars if I could!!!

    great quality tires held up better than I thought
    the tires are very dense strong plastic he's been playing with it for a couple months very little signs of wear very surprising but is there a little signs of use on the tires my kid didn't understand how to use it but quality is great no problem it's the product it's just my kid

    Lightweight and easy for my 3.5 yr old to carry and ride. The wheels are junky plastic not a real bike tire so I don't know how long this will last. Overall this works well for how much use it gets.

    Nice but...
    I ordered this for my daughters 3rd birthday. It arrived before we expected it which was awesome. She loves yellow and this bike kinda looks yellow in the picture. It is very very green people. Also the front fork came bent and took some work to get it to fit together. Hopefully she loves in later today and it rides okay.

    Bike is lightweight, but sturdily built. The only difficult part of the assembly was trying to hold the frame, front fork, and handlebar stem at the same time while tightening the clamp. The clamp cover does not stay in place well. However, I am sure this will be an excellent starter bike. I am very pleased with it.

    Balance bike - son loves it!
    I was unsure about a balance bike, but ordered this one to try out, and my son loves it!!!! Perfect fit for 2 year old, easily assembled, easy to adjust the seat, perfect!

    great start
    My husband and I bought one of the strider bike for our eldest grandson two years ago he is doing very well on the balance bike, but his younger brother who is two is liking it more and really is going to town on it. So with that in mind I got two one for each my other grandsons that are two. Both already are balancing and lifting their feet to glide. Now my granddaughter is 5 and is learning to ride her two wheeler with training wheels, but she didn't want to use balance bike, so we will see if this make a difference in how soon the boy learn to ride a two wheeler and if they need training wheels. The important things is they are having fun!!!
