I actually think this has a really good flavor for gluten free. It is good for sensitive stomachs, but it also has a well rounded source of grains, and is very healthy as far as cereals go.

    Be careful on the expired date of these products
    I ordered these with other Van's products in May. 2015, can you believed what expired date of the product I received is for Van's multigrain? Jan 09, 2015. Unbelievable!!!
